This is a great place to get back into things; the staff is friendly, the equipment is clean and well maintained, and it's a low-key non-competitive environment. A perfect place for me to rebuild after surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful I found this gym! Alyona has been amazing with helping me. I had knee surgery in October, I am plus size girl and the gym scares me. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and took the time to explain exercises. She made the experience AMAZING! I have now been back straight for 3 weeks and I am loving it. If you are looking for a more comfortable gym I highly recommend giving APEX a try!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing facility with incredible staff! I’ve visited many different times of the day and the equipment is always on point and clean. Personally I shower and get ready for my workday after my morning workout 4 days per week. There are lockers available and plenty of space for all the patrons. Sweat towels available as well as spray bottles to wipe off equipment before and after use. They have actively upgraded equipment and maintain all of their machines. I’ve never used their training services but I’ve seen the patrons work with the staff and I think they do an amazing job. I’ve been a member to 3 previous well known fitness centers and I’ll only choose this one in the future. Been a member for almost 3 years!

Pushes me all the while with her big beautiful smile. My husband and I really appreciate the low key atmosphere. It’s made a huge difference in my health and well being.

Experiencia fantástica: Super helpful staff, clean equipment that is always operational. Everything you could ask for in a gym and more. No contract with better pricing than the brand name gym's with a contract. Can't say enough about this place or the friendly staff and customers. I'm here visiting for a few months and couldn't be more pleased with this hidden gem. If you're here on a contract job this is the place for you. Both Marcus and Luke have made me feel like I'm at home. Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: I've been going to apex for about a year. Two months ago I told their front desk staff that I was taking a few weeks off and would be back. Went in last Sunday to start my membership again, and they happily accepted my payment. Well I go in today and was told my account was delinquent $60 despite the fact that I notified their staff (Hailey) and was under the impression that there was no contract and this was a month to month gym. I was told by their new front desk staff (Ayona?) that unless I paid the $60 dollars in delinquent charges I was not welcome in the gym anymore. This was shocking as I've been a member for a year and have always made timely payment. This displayed a complete lack of understanding and customer service on her part. The way she acted towards me and the situation is a large part of my decision to leave the gym. $60 dollar is not a lot of money, and I would be happy to pay it if i legitimately owed it however I communicated my temporary departure and they apparently failed to record this. This is not the first time communication between staff has been an issue. In my time at apex I was invoiced for a drink on my account despite never taking or using a drink. Spent weeks talking to Dani and Hailey trying to rectify the issue with Marcus (owner) but come to find out neither one of them ever even told Marcus. I am writing this review to express my disappointment in how this situation was handled and the continued lack of communication between staff. I've been going to this gym for quite some time and to be treated like I wasn't welcome or owed them for past months I wasn't attending goes to show how little they valued me as a member of their gym. Please use this review in determining whether or not you go to Apex. I will be going elsewhere. Update - Luke the other owner called an berated me. Called me a liar, took no responsibility for their businesses short comings, and wanted nothing to do with anything that resembled customer service. Beware.

Experiencia fantástica: My Aunt took me here for a few yoga classes while I was in town visiting for the week. The gym was nice, but I really loved the yoga ‍♀️ which my Aunt tells me is complimentary with membership. First we did a stretching class and then a yoga flow class a few days later. The class was intimate and the teacher was so helpful and positive. The teacher brought all needed supplies for the whole class including blocks and blankets. She guided us through many poses including a seated warrior, “windshield wipers,” and fish pose, among others. We had a great time and got a good workout in. I felt so energized after the class!! Highly recommend the yoga flow!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is a great place to exercise. It isn't crowded and everyone is so friendly. If you are looking for a personal training session, I would suggest any of the trainers as they are knowledgeable and friendly.

One thing I love about going to Apex is that the other members recognize you, and it gives motivation to keep going back. The staff are all extremely friendly and personal. You can tell that they love their jobs, and care about all of their clients and members. If I was given the choice between Apex and another gym in Billings, Apex will always have my vote!
