Experiencia fantástica: This is a truly special place. I just started working out 2 months ago, and have already seen results. This is all new for me, and this is the first time that I have felt like I have found a routine I can sustain (and that I enjoy). Jeff and Josiah are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming. I'm amazed at how personalized the experience feels, even with group classes - they check in and attend to each person there, making sure that that people are exercising safely and being challenged appropriately. The clientele is very diverse (age, race, gender, skill level), which adds to the welcoming and inclusive feeling. I feel very lucky to have found Elite Bodies!

Experiencia negativa: I was looking forward to an excellent experience, but was grossly disappointed. There is minimal equipment and they seemingly lack the experience to work with older women. I can not recommend this place to any woman over 35.

The trainers are so motivating and friendly; I feel myself getting stronger and I’m seeing the results I’ve been hoping for. It feels like I’m with friends and family whenever I walked into a class. I would highly recommend!

I like the variety of classes and different workouts. All of the trainers, including Jeff, truly take the time to get to know clients and their strengths/needs. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Inconspicuously nested on the second floor of the Woodmoor Shopping Center, this is a great little place to workout. Different formats are available (strength, HIIT, core, boxing, personal training). The whole team is great, encouraging and kind. If you enjoy small group training in a no frills, no egos, fun environment this is your gym. Parking is free at the shopping center.

Experiencia negativa: Philoy is a great instructor and the facility is clean, but this place isn’t for me. Jeff has an unpleasant personality and is a sheer opportunist. I had to rest for a few minutes during my first workout in months, and Jeff took this opportunity to try and push personal training. When I questioned him about two sessions a week, he grew overtly indignant (clearly hoping for more sessions to put money in his pocket). Honestly, this initial encounter really made me adverse to the gym space. I know it’s a business, but feeling like you’re just a means to an end isn’t an incentive to join. PS: I also want to add that Jeff (the owner) called me non-stop (and send me an email) on Easter Sunday after I posted this review. It got to the point that I had to block his number. Harassment isn’t professional and neither is trying to stop someone from voicing their experience. Not cool AT ALL. Be warned.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym, best workout experience I’ve had in previous decade! Jeff has excellent equipment, challenging workouts, and he or Lindsay are there each step of the way to help you out or check your form. If anyone has an injury or weakness, they always have alternate exercises to keep you employed. After four years of no exercise in my life and no time for gyms, I wasn’t pumped about joining, but my wife asked me to come, and 2 months later I’m still psyched each day I go, and I’m feeling the gains!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great small gym. The classes are small so you don't have to worry about overcrowding. Jeff is always there to help you out with any exercise. (He does them with so much ease.) Each of his exercises WORK YOU OUT! The exercises are never the same, which is good cause the body loves variety! I love coming here. The music is great. The exercises are great. Jeff's enthusiasm and confidence in me keeps me going back. He continually motivates me and challenges me to do more or lift more. And surprise....I can lift more. The small classes help each individual build rapport with Jeff and Lindsey. It's great to know your trainer.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff & Lindsay are amazing trainers and also keep the class challenging with 100s of variations of exercises to work your entire body. I can't even think of a time where we did a similar workout twice. Highly recommend their gym for anyone interested in group training for functional strength and cardio. They also have other classes available for abs/glutes and boxing, but I haven't tried those yet.

For years, I had trouble finding a gym routine that I really liked - until I tried Elite Bodies. There’s such an awesome, friendly, motivating environment that I come at least 3 or 4 times every single week. It’s been 2 years now and I’ve become much stronger, more agile, and have developed a real connection with the trainers and the other members of the gym. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is definitely the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked out with various trainers before and Jeff is fantastic! Every day he creates a different workout so it is never boring. The 45 minutes flies by even though you are working hard. As I've been there longer Jeff and I have customized my workouts so I'm working specifically on my fitness goals. It's always challenging, always fun, and I leave in a good mood for the rest of my day! Time for an updated review! I've been with Jeff for over a year, and it continues to be fun, effective, and often the best part of my day! I'm definitely stronger. And there have been a lot of improvements - a wonderful new trainer named Lindsey, lots of new equipment, and new classes being added, too. My workout home!

Experiencia fantástica: I bought a Living Social package to try out Jeff as I had never really worked out before and was completely intimidated by the idea of a gym. Jeff was so amazing. I remember my first class, he noticed I didn't know what I was doing and he came over and put me completely at ease. He was so supportive and a great motivator. He definitely pushed me and by the end I felt a lot more confident. I was incredibly sad I couldn't continue to work out with him as I had to move and the location was not convenient anymore.
