Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Steve back in 2017. I’ve been training with Steve 2-3 days a week ever since. We started with simple stretches and I realized immediately how out of shape and locked up I was. I’m 55 years old and over the course of the past 6 years Steve has helped me build muscle mass and remain flexible with intense stretching. The facility we train in is state of the art with a variety of equipment that keeps the workouts exciting with the ability to use various machines to build the same muscles. I highly recommend training with Steve he is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. I’m a Golfer so while we build muscle we stretch for flexibility. Training with Steve has changed my life and given me the opportunity to get out and enjoy life. If you ready to get fit give Steve a call it will change your life.

He has helped me toward a speedy recovery and also from spine surgery two years ago. Having a rod and 8 screws in my back was a difficult recovery but Steve pushed me to gain my mobility back,. They have endless knowledge on all types of training, nutrition, and keep you engaged and focused. They tailer each workout to your goals and guide you on the path to reach them. The facility itself is kept extremely clean and the equipment is state of the art. From free weights to machines they have the tools you are looking for. This IS the premier spot to train in the area!

But at xclusive these trainers actually care and know the anatomy of the body to adjust and perfect any exercise to your specific needs. They have been there and done it themselves for many years and know more than any newbie will know for at least 20 years. So motivating and encouraging.

Experiencia fantástica: From a background in collegiate rowing, to competing in the CrossFit games and now focusing on long distance running, I’ve had exposure to dozens and dozens of coaches and trainers. Without question, Kristen Moquist is one of the best. If I have an injury- she has a workaround or adaptation. She always seems to have a least three different ways to work one muscle! When you’re with her the session is focused, targeted- there’s no lollygagging around. I’ve been training with her for years and she always programs things to be fresh and a new approach. No basic biceps curls at Xclusive. The gym itself is clean, organized and since you’re there one-on-one with a trainer, there aren’t the crowds you’d have to deal with at a chain/big box gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Steve Carapello cares about the people he trains. Steve’s experience and knowledge in helping others allowed me to trust him enough to challenge myself and overcome many of my phobias. His positive attitude and continued contact with me after each training session gave me the motivation to stop using a walker before my back surgery. This contact continued while recuperating in the hospital and during rehabilitation. With the surgery behind me, I look forward to continue my training with Steve. Thank you for the encouragement.

The gym is private, clean and has all the equipment that I need to have an effective work out. Kristen keeps my workouts challenging but also fun. I’m competitive so I love to see how Kristen pushes me without me even realizing that I did 100 reps of something Kristen has a great attitude about fitness and really listens to you and what you are trying to achieve.
