Experiencia fantástica: I have been training at RX Fitness for 5 years. I look forward to coming into the box because I know I’m going to get a great workout. The trainers push you to really challenge yourself with every workout. I love the atmosphere and people they make it so fun in a fitness environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a part of several cross fit, or cross fit like gyms, and Rx Fitness is by far my favorite gym. The coaches are attentive, friendly, and educated in the movements being preformed. Scaling a workout is always an option and the coaches are always finding new ways to better train us on technique to get the most out of our workouts. The members are also amazing! Everyone is there to simply be healthy and grow in strength and be fit. If you're last in a work out, the entire class is cheering for you regardless if they know you are not. I leave the gym everyday with a smile on my face, drenched in sweat, and feeling accomplished.
