Experiencia fantástica: BEAST fitness is hands down the absolute best training for those that want a better way to get fit. It’s not your typical training where you show up wondering what to do, press a couple of weights, and go home barely winded. Beast is unlike any other workout I’ve ever experienced before. First off, it’s outdoors so you’re not under a buzzing fluorescent bulbs. Second, it’s fun as heck and every workout is unique and different so you don’t get bored. If anything you’re inspired to keep showing up. Lastly, you’ll get results... fast! You won’t regret going with beast!

I feel strong and no longer get back and knee pain that I have had in the past. The overall conditioning that is offered keeps me looking and feeling great! Experiencia fantástica: Despite what we think about "bootcamps", Beast truly is for everyone. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and modify moves for individuals so everyone can obtain their goals. You never know what you will do that day, which makes it more fun. Being outside is great and you will get a good workout. I am still trying to find my Beast replacement now that we have moved out of the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending Boot Camp for at least 5 years. I love being outdoors after being inside all day. All classes are different with different levels. If for any reason you feel like you need to rest the trainers are ok with that however they push you just enough knowing your potential. I also love the amount of calories you burn. The trainers care and are very knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: B.E.A.S.T Fitness is an excellent company who really treat their clients with personal attention both before, during and after their workouts. They have a fantastic group of trainers led by Rod and Gina Redzanic. I have been going to BEAST since 2010 and have lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of toned, lean muscle and am in the best shape of my life. I am in my 40's so I know their methods of resistance, weight, core, plyometrics, cardio and overall HIIT training methods produce great results. They offer a wide variety of classes to suit beginner and advanced fitness seekers. One thing I really like is that every few months they change up the schedule to offer a fresh batch of classes. This keeps clients from getting bored and also enhances muscle confusion so your body won't get used to routines for maximum results in the shortest time. Excellent prices combined with a convenient location and great trainers makes for a fantastic fitness experience. BEAST is the BEST!!!!

Classes are challenging and rewarding as you burn more calories/fat, build lean muscles and get in the best shape of your life! Rod, Kevin, Dee & Manny are motivating instructors, always bringing positive energy to the classes! The Beast members also make the workout fun, we sweat a lot and laugh a lot too!
