Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of dropping into CrossFit EFP - The Combine this morning, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the community was so supportive and energetic. The coaching was top-notch, with clear guidance and encouragement throughout the workout. The facility is well-equipped, and the programming struck a great balance between challenge and fun. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym where you’ll feel like part of a family while getting a great workout, I highly recommend this community.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. After my old gym closed, I ended up on a crossfit hiatus for almost 2 years. A couple of my old gym buddies told me about this gym. So, October 2023 I decided to try it out. You get 3 days to try the gym out. Everyone was so welcoming. The coaches are great. They are supportive and very knowledgeable. With me being out for so long, it was like I was starting from scratch. The coaches helped to guide me with scaled versions of the workouts, etc. They helped to guide me with gradually building my weights back up. Since I've been a member. I've accomplished some milestones. I've finally broken a 10min/mile goal. I've lost about 20lbs. I'm getting stronger. I am also seeing the definition in my arms and legs. If you are looking for a family style gym that will challenge you to meet your goals, I highly encourage you to give The Combine a try. Tell them Tarryn sent you .

Experiencia fantástica: Literally an adult playground! When I joined Combine I had no idea it would come with such a great gym family. The coaches along with everyone else at the gym is very helpful and inviting. For years I was terrified of CrossFit but once I started I quickly learned you can scale every workout to your own skill level or even your energy level, everyday we might not feel 100%. If you're interested in starting CrossFit, I'd 15/10 recommend giving Combine a try!

I needed a place to complete my workout during the Open competition, and they were gracious enough to give me a space to do it. A member of the gym judged me, and she went the extra mile to push and encourage me! Other members of the gym were friendly too. Open and spacious, it was a great place to work out!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the chance to drop in for a couple of workouts last week. The gym is big, spacious, and clean. Great for a proper socially distanced workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and great at motivating you. The workouts are challenging but fun. Whatever your fitness goals are I encourage you to check this place out.

Experiencia fantástica: Mary (Gym Owner) has done an awesome job navigating the COVID pandemic. She has been able to keep the gym open and allow members to continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle while maintaining a very safe environment (including regular cleaning and managing a safe distance)

The trainers or coaches have been very professional because they have always been concerned that I improve my physical condition but without hurting myself. They alnways encourage me a lot and now I feel healthier and stronger. I regret not having started early.

Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Mary (the owner) to see if she would allow me and a group of my friends to participate with her in the Hero WOD Murph on Memorial Day 2020. Mary was so nice and accommodating. She was super responsive and had a great protocol for allowing drop-ins. Additionally, her protocol for keeping everyone safe in light of the COVID-19 pandemic was great. She sent a brief video outlining the protocol for this. It was very comforting to know she took so much care in this extremely sensitive time. Mary was very nice and the environment in her box was very welcoming and fun!!! Definitely give Caffeinated CrossFit a try if you are searching for a box.

The people are friendly, the coaches are motivating and the other members are all working hard and crushing goals. I am super thankful for this gym and the other members that have turned into friends along the way!

There is awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the coaches here, they are eager to help and will take time to help you. Experiencia fantástica: It's really been a pleasure to workout here. SUPER positive environment, both Coaches and Athletes. Facilities and equipment are well maintained. They also do lots of activates, contest and incentives to help motivate, which i think is pretty cool. Owners are really great people always helping out others. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Last April, I took the plunge and set up some time to visit Caffeinated Crossfit. That is a decision I'm truly thankful for. The coaches and my fellow workout buddies are so enthusiastic and kind—they're the reason I come to class! In addition, I have seen really great results since I first began: I am much stronger (and lighter) than before. All in all, working out at Caffeinated Crossfit has been a positive experience, and I would encourage you to come and check it out for yourself. And if all the reasons listed above don't sway you, you should come for the puppies.

Owners (Christine and Way Joe) work hard to create an amazing environment where folks from all fitness levels can come, work hard, and see results. Great community there as well of fellow CrossFitters who encourage each other throughout the workout. Clean gym, great set up, fun atmosphere to give it your all in!

Experiencia fantástica: This review is long overdue (sorry Christine!!) BUT I dropped in for a couple of days while I was in town visiting family and I will certainly be back again! The programming was excellent (it reminded me of my home gym, actually), and Christine is a great coach. I was able to bring back some tips to work on when I was back home and they are helping me to get close to those ever elusive strict pull-ups! The morning crew welcomed me warmly and I look forward to going back again.

I showed up 30 mins early because I didn't know the area and she was about to start a workout. Christine asked if I wanted to join so I did. After that I did the class to. I wished I lived in the area so I could join there gym. Thanks so much for the experience.

I have been doing crossfit for multiple years in my garage and have been to multiple boxes. This is the real deal... what the sport was created upon. I've dropped in more than half a dozen times and the owners are fantastic, and the facilities are great, especially for being a new box! The owners are very contentious of the needs of both competitive athletes, and beginners, and that's vital to a great gym. Awesome spot, definitely has my business.
