Experiencia positiva: I went to the open mat. David was very welcoming and allowed us o work on any areas that I might be struggling on. He was very thorough and patient and an overall great teacher.

Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst business practices of any gym I have ever experienced in my life. The construction zone gym is terrible and unfinished. The reviews are only high because they farm them in house. If you are a student especially do not go here.

Experiencia negativa: The gym itself is great but something Cain up in life involving my family where I am not able to go to the classes so I tried to cancel my membership but lucky for me it was after my 30 days so now I’m stuck paying I classes I can’t attend to. Not because I don’t want to but literally because i an now working those time I spoke to the owner and I still wasn’t able to cancel so I’ve been out for months and paying. I’m a father of 3 only income getting money taken out weekly fo something I can’t attend—- Update just make sure nothing in your live is going to change because if something happens it’s on you no matter what explanation you have. Think about it very well and only way they’ll help is if it benefits them.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to train with coach lee some when Harrisonburg MMAI was still at the previous location, coach would come in on Saturday mornings to roll or help with stand-up situations with anyone that wanted to come in. I was also able to get private lessons at his new home gym location. He is very knowledgeable and skilled. I mainly focus on jiu jitsu and he helps break it down in a way that I can understand. I highly recommend mastering MMA

He helped turn me into a far better fighter than I ever thought possible. Both his videos and in person teaching is articulately detailed and broken down so well that I truly believe he can teach anyone. Highly recommend this guy and many can attest to his his credentials including many pro fighters. One of the best coaches in the state of VA hands down!
