Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in while visiting family in the area. Staff and athletes were very friendly. The coach was very knowledgeable and asked about my crossfit back ground. Felt he was genuinely interested not just figuring out my ability. Dropping in can be a bit intimidating and especially when it is a partner WOD. My partner was great. Very kind and motivating. I will be back the next time I am in town, and recommended the gym to my family. Thank you for a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the best in Tulsa (Broken Arrow) if you want to learn everything from how to get off the couch to getting into the best shape of your life, nutrition, or simply learning how to get active. CrossFit BA has the most friendly/helpful coaching you can ask for. You can be a pro athlete or you can be the normal working professional and they treat you all equal. A great community of other athlete pushing as a team for better fitness. The Coaches will always get by 100/100 stars. Was there for 3 years and there is no place like CROSSFIT BA. This place gets 5 stars!!!
