The facility is spotless, the music keeps the energy up, and it truly feels like a place where you can focus and make progress. Easily the best gym experience I’ve had.

Experiencia negativa: I was a member at onyx and the gym was bought out by these guys. I called to cancel before onyx even shut down and they claimed it was cancelled. I have called in 4 times to see why it wasn’t cancelled and they “just don’t know” and a manager will reach out to me. 6 months later it’s still not cancelled and no manager has reached out. Called in today to see if my account is active and it still is. Lady on the phone told me there’s another company that was in charge of the onyx cancellations. Why not just tell me that the other 4 times I’ve called?

The positives I can say about this gym are as follows… it’s in a convenient location, somewhat welcoming atmosphere, has a daycare section for the tiny humans while you work out, little fridge section with drinks, and you can rack up points by checking in to purchase items, such as drinks, etc. that’s about all they got going for them. Now the negatives… well compared to other gyms in the area they aren’t exactly the cheapest, this is especially annoying when you aren’t even getting that much bang for your buck. The gym is small, gets crowded easily, the locker rooms/restrooms are small, only so much workout equipment to use because of the limited floor space. All in all it’s not a terrible gym, you can get a workout in and call it a day but if you care about the other things like I do, like getting the most for your money, I’d look elsewhere. There are other gyms in the area offering more for the same amount of money.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been members of Accelerated Fitness since March of 2022, when we relocated to Wadsworth. We typically train in the mornings and Ryan has always been super helpful any time we need anything. The gym itself is great, with all different types of equipment and they also offer tanning, which is extremely convenient. They do offer many other great services as well, I just havent personally needed to utilize them. We're really happy to be members here and I'd highly recommend Accelerated Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: During my 4-year journey with Accelerated Fitness Medina, it has been very rewarding. I started back in September 2018, after losing 43 pounds, with a goal to do my first bodybuilding show. I did the NPC Northcoast in May of 2019, with a total loss of 98 lbs. After my first show, I decided that I wanted to do one more show. Enduring a bicep tendon tear and knee injury, I managed 2 years later to do the NPC Kalamazoo this August 6, 2022. My journey would not have been possible without the training and direction of Jeff. My gym family also made it possible, when I was at the hardest part of training for the recent show. I also thank my other support: Bryon, Jed, Erhardt and the staff, for keeping me going, when times got rough. Anyone that decides to make a change and to do something for themselves, can come to this gym to receive the best personal training and support, a gym can offer. I could not give this gym a better honest review, and just coming here, will speak for itself. You are in a relaxed atmosphere, where no one judges how you look, or workout, and you are treated as you are. This gym is a 5 star all around! I will still be around 5 days a week, keeping myself in the best possible shape I can, with the guidance of Jeff, the rock star trainer and owner!

Before this I have tried multiple online programs and it wasn't until I started working with the incredible trainers at accelerated fitness that I started seeing the results I was looking for. I am the strongest and leanest I have ever been. I feel comfortable and confident in my skin and that confidence shows inside snd outside the gym. Experiencia fantástica: I've been training with Lindsey over 5 years! I'm given a workout routine to do on the days I'm not working with her as well as a variety of menus to follow. All of the trainers are extremely helpful, motivating and care about your goals. They are always willing to give the extra push when you need it. The gym is always clean, with a large variety of equipment. The members are always friendly too. The gym is very welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I love that they offer childcare and tanning. There are no gyms around quite like this one!

Accelerated Fitness met our needs above and beyond! They have phenomenal staff, as with amazing equipment. The equipment can meet anyone’s needs, whether it’s just cardio, strength, CrossFit, or classes. My husband and I also use the online training with the meal plans and personalized training to meet our health and wellness goals. The trainers at Accelerated are nothing but the best, and know exactly what goals we want to meet and how to get us there!

Weather you are just trying to loose a few pounds, live a healthier lifestyle or compete in bodybuilding, powerlifting or physique you will feel welcome and at home. The personal training is awesome. As an experienced lifter I highered Bryan a couple months back and have seen a noticeable difference already.

It is almost odd that there are so many positively involved members and staff in one gym. Everything is quality from the name - brand equipment to the cleanliness of the locker rooms and gym floor. And they just keep improving.

Experiencia negativa: 5/31/19 UPDATE: I spent 18 months with these people started out pretty good I was getting results not much motivation but some results. The moment Lindsey began to prepare for competition, my appointment kept moving around, to accommodate her own personal goals, when she would get a new client I would have to change my time slot, so the new client could have my slot, this happened often, as they grew their business it was less and less focus on their current clients, you know the loyal ones that help them get off the ground running. A couple of times I was actually in a PERSONAL training session with her and she spent her/my time talking to other clients about her or them competing I didn't say a word, which I should have instead I moved to their online training, let me tell you what a joke......every 8 weeks they would give you a new set of workout apps, I noticed they would basically repeat the same exercises from a prior set of workouts, I just see the laziness dealing with these people, trust me they're just collection money. Don't get me wrong I have seen people get results from them and I would consider myself as some what of a success story. Their customer service suck and this is NOT cheap, so be sure to shop around before you decide on this place. The communications SUCK they give you a meal plan via the app, they DO NOT walk you through to make sure you understand how it work, at least they did NOT with me. I could go on and on about about what a horrible experience this turnout to be to but I won't because it will only make me have to relive it. I am so glad I finally left and found a place and trainer that is giving me exactly what I need to get to the stage October 2019.

The gym itself is also amazing with brand new equipment from free weights, weight machines, a cross fit room and group exercises. Being a Mommy of 3 the kids club is very convenient so my husband and I can get a workout while the kids interact with other children and make crafts! The staff at Accelerated Fitness are very friendly and the personal trainers I feel are the best in the business with their wealth of knowledge!!! I feel like they truly care about my success and helping me reach my goals. They have both been there to answer all my crazy questions and keep me on track. In the past 6 months I have seen more progress with my health and fitness that I ever have before; people actually tell me that I look different every day! My biggest struggle has always been nutrition so it helps that the meal plans are easy for me to stick to and incorporate some of my favorite healthy foods. I always look forward to my training sessions with Lindsey; she is great at keeping me motivated even when I start to get tired. I have always wanted to work towards being a bikini competitor and Lindsey and Jeff make me believe that my dream is attainable. I am so glad that I found them and look forward to continuing my journey to the stage together!
