Experiencia fantástica: Synergy fitness is amazing. Friendly trainers, great staff and easily one of the nicest gyms I've been to in the new england area. All the equipment is new, and the facility is incredibly spacious and open. The facility also receives an enormous amount of light which makes it look inviting and comfortable. There is a separate weight training room for hardcore lifters along with plenty of cardio equipment and machines to accommodate any individuals needs and goals. Synergy has group fitness classes and spinning classes that are excellent! They also just added a spa with full time massage therapist. Don't forget to check out the smoothie bar, they make delicious smoothies! Oh and did I say the place is immaculately clean!

Experiencia fantástica: I stumbled upon this gym when I was working in the building it is located in Williston and I am so glad I found it. A really friendly staff is only the start but what makes this place great is the quality of the equipment and the huge amounts of natural sunlight that pours into the room. The space is incredibly clean with spacious locker rooms and a really clean showers and bathrooms. It's also very Eco-Friendly (which is a big plus) and they try to minimize their footprint as much as possible. The membership is very diverse with young and old from all walks of life. The owners are really outgoing and friendly -- and they typically walk around and ask people how their days are and how their experiences are. One thing that is great is that they let you try out the gym. They also give you a free session with a personal trainer. The trainers all have a different philosophy and you choose the one that is best suited for what you are looking for in a work out. I'm very lucky to have found this gym. It's a good fit for me and fits my budget perfectly. I like it a lot.

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym!! Most importantly, very clean and well maintained. Great member etiquette…nearly everyone uses the provided spray bottles/cloths and rerack their weights. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Spacious, airy with tall ceilings, a wall of windows and a huge cupola skylight. Top quality equipment…mostly Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Cybex. At least one of everything and some unusual pieces not normally found in a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is super! It was incredibly clean and the equipment was newer and state-of-the-art. There are also roof skylights that let in natural light which also gives the gym a great feel.

Experiencia fantástica: I am retired and now live out of state. I have worked out in gyms most of my life. Approaching the age of seventy I still compete in powerlifting. Several weeks during the summer I live in Vermont. Synergy Fitness is my go to gym/fitness center. The facility is clean, the equipment is well taken care of and diverse. Pat, the owner is a gentleman. I dropped my sweatshirt in the Parking lot. Pat found it, washed it and notified me. One of the trainers, Kathy has been training people for many years. If you are new to fitness or an old soldier at fitness I recommend Synergy Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were recently in Vermont on vacation. We wanted to work off some of those vacation calories so we purchased a couple of $12 day passes here. They had pretty much everything we needed! We go to a pretty high end gym back home and this gym had nearly all the same stuff. There is just about any machine you could want, plenty of equipment, the showers even have soap and shampoo and stuff. Everything was clean and we'll maintained too. We go to Vermont at least once a year so we will definitely be back here on our next trip. And if we ever move to the Burlington area like my husband wants this will definitely be our gym.

Experiencia positiva: Laissez-faire atmosphere. Owned by a good human being who cares about fitness and personal health. Prices are fair and what is offered is competitive in comparison to neighboring gyms. At first I was wondering where all of the spray bottles were in the gym, until I realized they were all at the entrance. I appreciate greatly that they have enough for each person to use their own - I always disliked how gyms keep general spray bottles for everyone, and couldn't understand how touch points could be reduced if everyone touched the same spray bottle to disinfect. Way to go Synergy, you understand how it should be during this global pandemic. I've only reduced one star for the apparent lack of staff. To someone new, you would be very confused as to what needs to be done when entering for the first time.

Experiencia fantástica: Often traveling, I have worked-out in my fair share of gyms around the country. Burlington has one of the best I have found. Synergy is truly a breath of fresh air, in a world of mediocre gyms. It's the perfect balance of free weights, machines, cardio and open space. Pat, the owner, takes immense pride in his facility as it is perfectly spotless. In addition, the equipment has obviously been thoughtfully curated. If you're traveling through Burlington, this is the best gym in town. And if you live there, you have a gem of a gym ️ right in your own backyard.

Experiencia fantástica: My 3 kids and I were in town for 3 weeks in the summer. We found Synergy very close to where we were staying. Pat took good care of us. Hutch beat up on my kids and made them work hard. The gym was perfect for what we wanted. Could not have been happier. Sorry for the delay Pat!!

Experiencia fantástica: Speaking for only group fitness: Whether you're a longtime fan of Zumba or you're trying it for the first time, I highly recommend taking a class with Brittany Borja! Brittany brings so much energy and authenticity when it comes to dance. She loves what she does, and it shows. I also appreciate when she takes a moment to explain the correct form and sprinkle words of encouragement throughout (and right now classes are outside, weather-permitting!). Synergy Fitness is lucky to have her!

Experiencia fantástica: Synergy is the cleanest gym around. Not sure why people complain about the price- it's comparable to other gyms in the area. The staff is friendly and the smoothie bar is really convenient. My one recommendation- go 24 hours!
