The NEPA Fit Club community is filled with members of all ages and all fitness levels and all are welcome!

With consistent work they've helped me get so much stronger and I no longer have back, neck, or knee pain from grappling! All of the trainers are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly! 10/10 would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I just recently joined NEPA Fit Club and I am so happy I did. I am getting stronger in just one month. I notice I am sleeping and eating better which is a big deal after the age of 60! Mike and his team are so knowledgeable, supportive and they care about helping you succeed and achieve your goal. It is a welcoming environment for everyone whether you are an athlete or someone just starting your fitness journey. We are all there with the same goal to improve ourselves. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of fit club since February 2017. I started with a challenge. I hadn't been at a gym in 30 years. I joined with my daughters. The gym accommodates all ages and abilities. My daughters are very competitive and I am sure I gave them some laughs. But we all had great results. You would never think you would see such dramatic results in 6 weeks. I felt so much better. I dropped 2 sizes and my daughter was the biggest loser. She lost the most body fat of the group. I fell in love with the gym. Mike and all the trainers are there to help you. I matter to them. They make you feel important. We are a family. I have been going for over 2 years now, and after attending many other gyms previously, this is the only one that I can say truly feels like home to me. The staff is top-notch. They are all so welcoming and helpful from the second you set foot in the door. I have become stronger and more confident in myself because of this facility and their staff. Experiencia fantástica: The best things about this gym is the knowledgeable trainers, the supportive staff, and the encouragement the clients give each other. Walking in a gym the first time is always intimidating but at NEPA Fit Club you quickly feel like a part of their family. My favorite thing about working out here is the different levels people are at in the process of bettering yourself. No matter if you’re an elite athlete, a mom who has never picked up a kettlebell before, or guy who needs to get back in shape, everyone has their own plan and goals. I started at NEPA Fit Club 10 years ago to improve the quality of my life and I am so glad I took that first step and made an appointment with Mike.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been attending NEPA Fit Club since joining my first challenge in September 2017. Once the challenge was over I signed up for a year membership because my results were that good. I love the gym, the trainers, the atmosphere, and the clients so much. I feel like everyone is one big family. I attend the burn classes at least 4 times a week and get upset when I can’t make it. Overall I love going to the gym and I bet most people can’t say that.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are new to working out or have been out of the gym scene for a while, Nepa Fit club is the place for you! They have experienced and knowledgeable trainers at every class. The also have small group, more individualized, training sessions. Having new been very serious about my physical health I found this place to be genuinely wonderful. They are educational and never make you feel lacking in your knowledge of gym equipment or practices. Overall a great experience at this gym. An easy 5 stars

The phrase Fit Club Fam was created because of the constantly positive atmosphere and environment portrayed by all the trainers, staff, and fellow members. When I first walked into NEPA Fit Club, I couldn’t walk up a small hill without needing to stop and catch my breath— I’ve been a member for 3 years, and I have reached and surpassed all of my goals with the help of my Fit Club Fam.
