Experiencia fantástica: Getting back into a fitness program I looked forward to was a challenge. A friend suggested F45. One week of classes and I was hooked, I am much stronger and enjoy the creativity if the class. Also, Micah, Tasha and Mike are encouraging and jump right in to get you to the finish line. Highly recommend the class and this studio based on great people!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined F45 last August. I was the heaviest I have been in years. Tired, out of shape and needed a new approach to working out. I started consisently working out in October when I entered the first challenge. It held me accountable with my workouts and my nutrition. I NEVER get bored at this gym. Every week is a new workout and a great combination every week of cardio, strength and HIT. I am BEYOND thrilled with the results I have achieved so far and have had a lot of fun in the process. F45 Northeast is more than just another gym. Micah and her coaches are amazing and the other members provide a energizing and supportive environment. Could not recommend this location more!!

Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a group class format but what’s to work at their own pace.

I was always afraid I wasn't doing my form correctly and only once did I have a guy correct my stance, so I am not sure I was always doing it right since there are no mirrors. I truly appreciate the quick push and then move on in the routines but if you are not one to push yourself, this workout is probably not for you.

The coaching here is top notch. The coaches are encouraging and also give form corrections when needed. The coaches and members are what keep us coming back to this location when there are three others closer to our home.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here! You’d be amazed what you can do at F45 North East Carmel! You may be a bit intimidated at first by what seems to be organized chaos. However you’ll soon grow to appreciate all the different class formats and 1000’s of different exercises developed to build your endurance, tone your muscles, and get you back toward that lean mean version of yourself. The trainers treat you like family, while keeping a keen eye on you to push you that tad bit further, help you with your form, or finding a safe alternate if your situation makes it needed. It's been so welcoming in a short period of time! You will get hooked quickly!

First of all it is F45, so you will get a great work out each time that will get you results in only 45 min per class! On top of that this is one of the best locations I have been too. It is worth an a little extra drive to go to this one compared to others nearby. It is new, and Micah and her team are amazing. You will not go wrong by giving this a try.
