Experiencia fantástica: My wife found out about H.E. through a random conversation and mentioned it to me, as something I might be interested in. My goodness, what a find! The community is so friendly and supportive that it's about the least intimidating CF type gym you can possibly find. Themi, the owner, is super knowledgeable and he creates the daily programming so literally all you have to do is show up with a willingness to get your a** kicked and good things will happen. Highly recommend!

They have a bunch of different classes for everyone and the facility is brand new so it's very clean and great equipment!

But the real secret are the members - so open, inviting and encouraging which is the culture Themi and Krista promote!

It is a community of members lead by inspirational and hardworking coaches who really hone into your specific abilities and tailor the workouts. I had never formally worked out and this gym makes me want to go back every week to enjoy the company of the members and better my physical health. Look no further if you are serious about your fitness and want to make some amazing friends.
