Personally I’m shocked with the difference they have made for me. I have not only lost weight, but more importantly, I’m off of all my prescriptions & am able to do things that I haven’t been able to do for years!

Then my Christena who is absolutely amazing! She has helped me get even further then I could ever imagine in my weight loss journey! Highly recommend GYMFORCE!!!

I am well on my way because of my trainer at Gym Force (Erica). Erica helps me work through bumps in the road and reminds me to keep a healthy perspective about food. I have been very impressed with Gym Force and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to begin a fitness program or improve current habits.

Not to mention, this isn't just a quick fix. Your trainer will teach you how to establish healthy habits for lasting results. The workouts are tailored to your fitness level with your goals in mind and they provide you with all the meal planning tools and recipes you need to make delicious, healthy foods. I started my personalized fitness program three months ago and have made so much progress. I am just a few pounds away from my goal weight, feel stronger and leaner, and have finally started to master healthy eating habits. Thanks to Gym Force, I feel the best I have in my entire life.

Experiencia fantástica: Jared and Erica are both so knowledgeable and friendly. They will listen to your feedback and adjust your nutrition and fitness plans according to your preferences and needs. I've always had a pretty healthy lifestyle, working out regularly and having good eating habits. I was thoroughly convinced that due to my body type/ build that even with physical improvements the number on the scale would just never change. With Erica's expertise and her constant support and encouragement, I've lost 14lbs- 5.1% body fat- and have seen muscle definition I never thought possible. I would definitely recommend this gym no matter what your fitness goals are!
