Experiencia fantástica: My second time joining a gym. The first time in Dallas the gym worker took me through several of the machines and then let me go. I was so sore the next day I was actually sick to my stomach. When Scott the owner met with me, he designed a program that will get me to my goal. He filled out a very detailed program on paper , so when I came in I could grab the paper and get myself through the work out. Scott made sure I knew that I could always ask the workers to help if I got stuck somewhere in the program. Brett and Jaylon are so friendly and the front desk. I deal with them when I want to use my tanning package and also when I come in and out of the facility. 3 different tanning beds and different price tiers. Always Clean, bright and welcoming.. I never felt stupid because I was so new to the whole thing. It's a great gym and the fact such a high quality facility is in such a small small town, makes me think we were lucky they opened up here in Gladewater.

They inspire me as i work the gym or doing water aerobics!! Thank you all for that!! Your goal is thier goal to help you reach it. GREAT GYM AND FAMILY TEAM

Experiencia fantástica: Worked out at many different gyms, and this one is my favorite. Many different activities available to members. Child care in the evenings for parents. Great atmosphere and very considerate members. Pool for summer use. Awesome owner!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Excellent Gym in Gladewater! Very happy with how clean the place is and the large selection of equipment. The place is locally owned and operated and offered something for each of my family members including pool, weight room, and full service smoothie bar. If your needing a gym is Gladewater give this one a try.

Experiencia fantástica: This Gym is amazing! I can't believe everything they offer! 24 hour membership to the fitness room. Infrared Sauna. 1 on 1 with Personal Trainers. The Pit where you can roll tires, and do crazy challenges. Belly dancing classes, kick boxing. Plus the batting cages, and huge Olympic size pool outside. Oh I can't forget you can get Body Conturing, or Plaxel Plasma Pen at great small town prices in the Suite next to the Gym.

Experiencia positiva: OK I will start with, "I don't have a membership to this, or any other gym." OK, I feel better... Now, you have got to see this facility, I got an opportunity to tour this facility with one of the members and have seen other areas of it with an owner. It is NICE. I have seen the big, cookie box gyms that you see everywhere and that are often too crowded to even park at let alone work out at from what I hear and this is not that. It is popular, it is 24hr, and it is well supplied with equipment and workout options to suit what you need. This is the kind of place Gladewater needs for health options. This is not just for working out, it is for swim, tennis, basketball, aerobics, salon, classes, and more. Check them out if you are in need of an all around experience, or just to work out.
