Experiencia fantástica: Nice little gym, Dropped in while I was picking my son up from EWU. Gym had everything I needed for an intense leg/lower body workout. One concern, but didn't effect my workout, had someone else been doing a heavy leg day, I think we would have run out of plates. I'll be back when we move him back in the fall.

Experiencia positiva: *edit* the owner did contact me to talk through what happened. I appreciate her taking the time to do that, however I'm still disappointed in the behavior of my former trainer. She did refund the random charge as well. *** Let me start this review out by saying the snap gym in Cheney is a well equipped and wonderful gym. I signed up for personal training sessions and did those sessions weekly for a little under a year. My trainer was great. Super nice, very knowledgeable, we got along great and she helped me reach my goals. My 2 star review is based on the communication after the fact. As I said, I did personal training sessions for just under a year, in total I spent about $1500. I had to quit my training when I had 2 sessions left before renewal I believe due to health issues. When new years came around i got a message from my trainer letting me know about those unused sessions and that she didn't want me to miss out so she could either give me some at home sessions or do a meal plan or something for me. I asked if I could just be refunded for those 2 sessions and she informed me her manager did not do refunds. As it had been over a year now since first signing up, i did not recall that policy and asked if she could email a copy of my contract so I could see if that was indeed a policy that I signed for. However it was never sent to me so I decided to cut my losses. She did send me 2 at home workouts however so i ended up getting my money's worth i suppose. This morning, I saw a random $10 charge on my account from the gym. It is the only charge I had received since I had renewed my personal training deal many months prior. So I messaged my old trainer asking about it. She asked me if I called to cancel my membership. I told her I was under the impression that it was canceled with my personal training sessions. That's when I was, in my opinion, very rudely informed that she would cancel it for me but it was my responsibility to call and cancel it myself as I only terminated the personal training sessions. That is paraphrasing her response, but it was extremely blunt and rude in my opinion. What extremely irritates me is that I had never been charged for the membership separately from the personal training package, I was under the impression that it was included. Also, I have not been charged the membership fee at all until today, again, months after ending my sessions, so it was extremely out of the blue. Since I had not been charged monthly, I indeed assumed it had been canceled. The communication with this gym is really subpar. If I had been sent a copy of the contract I had signed like I requested, maybe I would have seen that I needed to cancel the membership separately. Also, it would be good business practice when a client is ending their personal training to remind/tell them as a courtesy that they need to cancel the membership separately. Again, when the membership fee was included in the package price for personal training, it can be extremely confusing on what we are supposed to do as a client when we end those sessions. Again, this was a great gym, great trainers, but apparently the common courtesy and pleasantries stop when you end your sessions. Extremely disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and convenient location for me. Lots of good equipment with free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Owner and staff are friendly, engaged and very helpful. They offer different classes and personal training options (Vanessa is fantastic) and are willing to listen, discuss your goals and work with you to develop a plan to achieve them. I've had a great experience with Snap Fitness Cheney!

Hilton was the only one that a property that matched our needs and then they went out of their way to accommodate our time table and help us get in. They're quick about maintenance and polite whenever we called. Their maintenance people are great .

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I just joined Snap Fitness in Cheney, WA. The person who helped us enroll and get oriented was friendly and efficient. We are enjoying the gym equipment and atmosphere!

Experiencia fantástica: I can mix cardio and weights to augment my various outdoor sports snd activities, all year long. Whatever I need, SNAP 24/7 in Cheney has got me covered. I typically work out on my own, but knowledgeable staff are available and willing to answer my questions, demonstrate proper technique or show me how to use equipment. The staff is excellent, the facility is typically not crowded and it is clean! People are friendly. I love my gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I work evenings and the 24 hour access is very convenient for me. I usually work out late at night and there are not many people there at that time. I am able to get my workout completed in about an hour. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is afraid that they will be stared at or judged by other members.

Experiencia positiva: Not too bad! Nice selection of weights and machines, but also a pretty small space, especially in afternoons. For working out and getting in shape, this place will do it! If you just want to keep up and stay healthy, there are plenty of options for you as well. Sign up for classes too!

I left this gym at one point because I moved and I wanted one closer and I tried 2 other gyms but I started not working out as much because none of them were as welcoming as snap they have a friendly staff and it just feels like home. Plus there 24/7 and I have a funky schedule. Overall its just a great gym they've got everything you need :)
