Experiencia fantástica: This is a 5-star small gym with reasonable pricing, good equipment and machines, very nice bathrooms/showers, a variety of group classes (aerobic, strength, yoga, pilates), spin classes and child care for those parents out there. Staff and members are very friendly, equipment is clean and the group instructors knowledgable. I'm so thankful to have a quality gym in my neighborhood!!!

The staff is Uber friendly and the instructors are very knowledgeable without being intimidating. I have made life long friends at this gym so needless to say everyone is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to workout.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been a big part of my weight loss journey and getting healthy. My husband and I lost about 150lbs together working out here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The childcare is nice! All the child care staff are so sweet and attentive to the kids. I haven’t taken a class but I have only heard good things about them! This is a great gym for all walks of life! I’m thankful to have them so close to home.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym!! The front desk is always very nice and welcoming. I’ve only been with one personal trainer so far, but she is very kind, patient, and helpful. All of the members I’ve met so far are also very nice and considerate. This place is immensely supportive all around!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this community oriented gym. The yoga classes and instructors are great. Can purchase peloton rides inexpensively. I just recently started with a personal trainer. A lot of different opportunities here to get in shape, tone up or maintain.

Experiencia fantástica: Most of the staff is very friendly and greets you etc. You don't have to wait forever for equipment. Bathrooms are ALWAYS CLEAN! They stroll through and clean the equipment frequently. Couldn't ask for a better local gym!!! Being new to Shady Side and this area of the US anyways, I constantly go to the gym and couldn't ask for a better place to go!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the classes and the instructors! The new owners continually listen to customer suggestions and always follow through with any necessary changes. I've always been intimidated by gyms but not at Chesapeake. I've met so many wonderful people of all ages and I feel right at home there.

Experiencia fantástica: Kristina & Vanessa work hard to make your experience great. I needed a particular piece of equipment due to shoulder surgery and they purchased it. They kept constant communication about it, even sending me pictures to make sure they were buying the correct equipment. Great hometown gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. Though not the largest I have belonged to, it has some of the best classes. The class schedule offers something for everyone. I work downtown so the 5:30am or 7:15pm classes are perfect for me. The staff, instructors and trainers are great! Membership is very reasonable and classes are pretty much free! I highly recommend this little hidden gym

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent local gym convenient for me. Good hours gets a lil packed in the 4pm to 7pm range but it's still manageable at these times. I prefer early morning night or noon range like 1 to 2.
