Experiencia fantástica: Fitness Rx is the best! It's my home away from home! I particularly love the warm pool, as I train there for the annual Chesapeake Bay Swim! There are classes for everyone - all shapes, sizes, ages and levels! The instructors are knowledgeable and fun! I've been to numerous fitness centers in the past, but this is by far my favorite! Come kick butt and join the family!

Experiencia fantástica: Fitness Rx, located in the Stevensville business park, has an indoor heated pool and I exercise in it two to three times a week. It is handicapped accessible which is extremely important for me because being in the water is my best form of exercise. The entire facility is well maintained, hours are terrific, it's conveniently located, parking is a breeze, and staff are friendly, hardworking and helpful; what more could you ask for. Staying physically fit and healthy would be next to impossible for me without this pool. It deserves a five-star rating.

Experiencia positiva: Facilty is out dated. I do like the pool but it should be open either later or have extended hours since there is no lifeguard. Also, they should have sign up for the swim lanes so you can count on getting lane. This way everyone gets a fair shot at the lane. This is my biggest issue with the gym. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and helpful staff, variety of classes keep things interesting, just an all around good atmosphere gym. Meeting new people and making lifetime friendships has also been a big plus at a smaller gym such as Fitness Rx.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the exersise facility now called Fitness Rx for 8 years. It has remained a friendly, well equipped place to work out. The staff is always helpfull and pleasant. The pool, exersise classes, wide range of cardio and weight equipment make it usefull for most health needs. Bill Long

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for years. It is well worth the monthly fee. There are abundant exercise machines, a heated pool and an excellent selection of fitness classes that are included in the fee for members. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would travel an hour one way to access this hidden jewel on Maryland's Eastern shore.
