Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. They make the workouts adjustable to skill levels and fun to participate in. We also love their kids classes. All three of my boys, ages 5, 7, and 11 are taking crossfit once a week and it's done wonders for their strength and conditioning for their other sports. In addition they have a kids space you can put your kids in while you work out. This place is extremely Family friendly which is so hard to find in a gym. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: They are really terrific. This place is not a gym. It follows the box routine of cross fit where you intensely do multiple activities in succession to teach exhaustive failure. Then wait a few minutes and do the same thing. You use all your muscles, especially tour core. Amazing results.
