Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms I've been to. They have a ton of equipment, weights out the door (literally, they have weights, as well as a bunch of other stuff, outside) and friendly and helpful staff. Most of the guys there are huge, but I'm not a big guy (yet) and I haven't had any problems in the least bit. If you're looking for a place to go hard, throw around some heavy weight, get bigger and make some serious gains, this is the place for you. You have to go check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a real great gym! Momma Ruth is so nice and I really felt at home here.This gym gives you chalk to use! You can deadlift all day long without someone saying you can't do that here. Whether your a power lifter or your into crossfit this gym has it all. The membership prices are a great deal and the equipment is great.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a very beginning stages bodybuilder and this place is full of bodybuilders which is a great way to stay motivated. The staff is very very friendly and possibly a coincidence but every gym goer seems to be very friendly as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Best ratio of free weights to machines. No waiting for machines. WIDE variety of equip: free weights, machines, cardio equip, stair climber and a unique ladder climb. Outdoor training area and a large parking lot. Posing areas, xfit area, tanning and even a kids center. I've been around the world, and this is by far the best gym I've trained at... I couldn't ask for more out of what I deem "The True Mecca"

Experiencia positiva: Seems like a very nice place I drive by it all the time everyday I stopped in and checked it out one day they have a lot of nice equipment and free weights and it seems like people there were truly dedicated to Fitness. I am contemplating getting a membership there because I work right up the street and since they are open 24/7 I could going there for a little bit before I go to work

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is legit. Tons of bars and weights. Old school machines. The staff is also super friendly. They cater to first time gym goers and experienced lifters alike. It's also super convenient to have a supplement shop on hand, that isn't price gouged. Couldn't recommend more. My home away from home.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently talked to the owner and they really seem committed to keeping the same great environment that World Gym has always had. Every time I have been in there, everybody is so supportive, and non-judgmental. No matter what your goals are, this will be a place you can achieve them, I know I have achieved mine partly because of this place. It is a good place to work out, and you will find yourself among people with like-minded goals.

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym I’ve ever been to, BY FAR. This is the place to be if you want to be able to focus on the grind, sans distractions. I’ve only been a member here since March and I never want to leave. I’ve been a member of countless gyms in the area and the only reason I didn’t become a member here sooner was because it wasn’t 24hrs (as a mom and a night shift worker, this is necessary for me). Now that it’s 24hrs, I’m never leaving. You’ll have to drag me out of here to my grave, seriously. The crowd here is awesome and diverse, the new owners (Rebecca and Kurt) are SUPER friendly and helpful, the GM Rob is awesome and is always around training members, the front desk staff are awesome, and the equipment and atmosphere cannot be beat. Pendulum squat, belt squat, nautilus glute drive (belt hip thrust), reverse hyper, hex bars, safety bars, deadlift jacks, every type of barbell you could ever want, outdoor equipment (including sleds and preloaded barbells), multiple pull-up/chin-up bars... just... heaven. Not to mention, there are barbell pads and the good barbell collars that aren’t a b*tch to put on all over the gym so you don’t have to spend half your workout looking for them. There are also a lot of well placed mirrors so you can properly watch your form and actually see yourself from the top of a squat to the bottom. I have never consistently had so many good lifts. And I get to do walking lunges and deadlifts outside... in the sunshine? C’mon. Cannot.be.beat. For parents — there is a childcare “room” but it’s not staffed. It’s directly across from the front desk and one wall is a half wall with a gate and a lock so the staff will let you know if your kids need anything. There aren’t any toys in there — but there is a tv. I personally bring a “gym bag” for my kids full of toys/books and let them have their screen time for the day on their tablets or the tv while we’re there. The kids will be fine. You deserve to go to a gym this good.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m from New York and was out here for GE Training, this is my 3rd time here and I must say I’m very impressed. This gym has great equipment and some old equipment I’ve never seen and was able to use that was phenomenal.

Owners are very nice, down to earth people. Other members are generally very good people to be around. Can't say enough positive things about this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful gym. They have an outdoor area for strong man and crossfit. Inside they have a great variety of machines, weights, and I personally loved the crossfit/barbell area with all the rogue equipment!! People are cool here and the staff is top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: I am an Expierenced weight lifter, worked in a couple gyms myself, and I absolutely love this gym. Ruth, one of the owners, is so friendly and went out of her way to let me tour the gym, answered all my questions, and even told me some history of the gym itself and her expierence in the fitness industry! Shes super down to earth. Members are all cool and focused on their goals, very respectful of everyone around them. So much equipment, love being here. The two blonde girls at the front desk are also super sweet! (Sorry I don't know their names!)

Experiencia fantástica: I am from Las Vegas, visiting my sister in Fairfield. This is a clean, small gym with lots of goodies. Plenty of space for parking. Nice selection of equipment to play with. The people are courteous. The staff is friendly. I never wait too for a machine. The owner treats the members well. I can tell because of my sister's loyalty to this gym. If I lived locally, I would definitely become a member.

Experiencia fantástica: Best multi purpose training gym I have been to by far. Indoor and outdoor resistance equipment is well kept, plus functional exercise group classes are fun and challenging.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member here for about 18 months, I've lived in several states & this is easily the best Gym I have ever been a part of. Great ownership and staff. Lots of well maintained equipment. As long as I'm in area I plan on being a member. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member at Fitworks, planet fitness, and LA fitness. In my mind this is a professional gym for serious weight lifters and exercise enthusiast. But anybody can work out here. No judgments and No “lunk alarms here Because you are expected to drop the weights. They have floor protectors everywhere. Lots of treadmills and stationary bikes. They have every machine you can think of. I mean, they have a neck machine! The only other place that I saw had a neck machine was the Fitworks in Forest Park. But that place is closed down. They even have machines outside so you can tan while you work out. My only recommendation would be to expand and make the place bigger. They seem to have room and some land on the southside to expand. I only regret that I didn’t join sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are tired of fitness centres that are full of Whiny screaming Nancy's, pretty Betty's and flamboyant Fred's prancing around, then the World Gym might be the place for you. It is raw, full of sweat, grunts and groans, metal clanging, men and women who are not ashamed of the testosterone coursing through their vains and people pushing with extreme Passion to be the best that they can be. Deal with it you so called woke people.

Experiencia fantástica: A true judgement free zone. Everyone is accepting of everyone. It really amazes me how the purple gym claims it’s a judgement free zone, yet they call anyone who works out with intensity, a lunk. Furthermore, they attempt to embarrass you by singling you out by setting off an alarm. I prefer a grungy gym, with real people, and true acceptance of everyone. Also, excellent selection of free weights and machines, and an awesome smoothie bar. Thanks for staying true to your roots World Gym. I’m happy to be a member.

Experiencia fantástica: The facilities are nice and the equipment is well maintained. The owners, Ken and Ruth are incredibly nice people. They've treated me with nothing but kindness from the moment I met them.

Experiencia fantástica: Out of the 7 states I've spent time in and countless gyms, this gym is by far the best. Very inclusive for all the flavors of lifting. The kind of gym most guys dream of building, but with more thought put into it. The equipment isnt shiny new, but it is a real gym where people work out and everything is maintained. Even if you're not close by, this gym is worth the drive.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym! Free weights everywhere! They have an excellent staff and excellent trainers available. The price is around $20/month which is a steal for what you get! The outside equipment looks amazing although I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. All of the members seem very laid back and friendly. Try a smoothie at the front desk because they are awesome!
