He teaches an energetic and emphasizes conscious breathing to inspire, enhance and support the student's focus and attitude, while encouraging physical expression and exploration.

Experiencia fantástica: Great instructor who really knows his stuff! I really enjoyed his class and I especially appreciated his patience. The gym is really nice and the yoga room is great. I even got a free mat with the class. If you are in the area or looking for a new place to practice yoga, I would definitely recommend Derek Black yoga.
