Experiencia fantástica: I love working out at a women's gym. Shirlee's is a low key gym, where you don't feel judged or uncomfortable with other patrons unwanted attention. Great for women of All ages. Whatever your fitness level is, it is a great place. Only drawback is the hours are more limited than other more commercial gyms. I can't imagine working out at another gym.

Experiencia fantástica: A very wonderful place to be healthy. Great for your body, soul and spirit. I love the fact you can be inside or outside for your workouts. The staff are caring and helpful. Well worth the the cost not having to have equipment taking up space in your home, plus it is fun working out with other women.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym for women. It was created by an amazing gentlemen, who knew what women need. This gym is worth a visit. Try to get a free day pass to workout, so worth it. The gym is always being cleaned by the staff. Nice showers and places to dress.

Experiencia fantástica: The cleanest gym I have ever seen. Equipment is always in working order too. Water aerobics, spin studio, and a full schedule of classes. All of this in a highly supportive atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym, never Ever crowded! Doesn't smell, has outdoor equipment which makes for a wonderful morning workout with a relaxing landscape. I also like the fact that there is lotion and body spray by the bathroom sinks.

Experiencia fantástica: Shirlee's is clean and well maintained. The staff is nice and courteous. The price is incredibly reasonable. I loved it! The only reason I'm no longer a member is an out of state move.
