Experiencia fantástica: Incredible Place. You need to see all that is available here to believe it. Unfortunately due to covid there are protocols to follow to protect everyone but I look forward to when things can go back to how they were. It will be very difficult for me, but I will begin Aquatherapy again here in January 2022 and I have complete confidence in all that work in this area to help me improve but I must do my part too. I have been bed to chair ridden or mostly since Winter of 1991 but I could do much more up till 2015 which is a long ugly but true story. Because of the protocols I would recommend calling them 1st to find out the best way to see all they offer here. I am calling them soon to set up my evaluation and Aquatherapy Sessions. I was injured too many times where I was told to do my physical therapy which I canceled all my sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: A huge variety of class offerings, pool area/locker room is clean, work out equipment plentiful, yoga-barre instructors have good energy and expertise, walking/jogging track is smooth, and Brightside Cafe Kitchen is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The minute I heard the words “warm water therapy pool“, I canceled my membership at the Y and joined this fitness center. Wonderful place with the regular pool, huge jam machine room, walking track, hot tub and nice locker rooms. I paid a little extra to get a fitness assessment when I started, let’s just say that I have a ways to go!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very good Hospital. Very clean and friendly staff willing to help you with your health care needs. Lots of parking and handicapped parking spaces are available.

Experiencia fantástica: Maddie Bosworth has been my husband and Is trainer for the last 8-10 weeks and we have absolutely loved it! One of the main things we needed help with was form and she is constantly making sure our form is correct for every exercise we do to avoid any injuries. She is definitely a trainer we have felt comfortable with and are able to ask any question that we have regarding the workouts and she answers with confidence and knows what she is talking about! The workouts have been focused on muscle growth and fat burning (due to our request)- she keeps it interesting and we use a mixture of free weights, machines and body weight! Maddie truly listens to what your goals are and makes sure your workout helps you achieve that . I love the way she sets up our workouts to hit on a little bit of every muscle group. I have noticed more muscle growth since the first say we started and definitely better form in my workouts. I truly recommend Maddie to anyone looking to get a fun and challenging workout!

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility. Good machines and plenty even during the busy times. 25m lap pool with 4 lanes and rarely crowded. Best thing is that I never see children there. No crying whining getting on the machines for two minutes being unsupervised.
