They have free weights that go all the way up, they have deadlift platforms, and plenty of squat racks. They've also got all that cardio stuff if you're into that sort of thing.

Experiencia positiva: EDITED: Was a 1 star review, but since the owner messaged me and was gracious, changed it to a 4 star. Just got my order from this place. Recieved my 12 oz smoothie I paid $9 for. I knew the size and the price. Not the problem . The problem is for that price I would expect the drink to be full. It's not even 3/4 full. Should have went to Smoothie King. Lesson learned.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working out here this year and I absolutely love it! The energy inside the gym is perfect and everybody is very friendly! The staff is amazing and they have excellent group classes pretty much a great experience all around!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Childcare during the hours that matter most, great nutritional grabs, classes, personal training and 24 hour access with a recovery center. What more can you ask for in a gym? They literally have it all.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the better gyms I have been to. The associates are professional and keep the place clean, there are a LOT of machines, a room with a stage, a room for Spin classes, a Crossfit area, and even a ninja playground. The shower rooms are nice, and the counter area is set up with smoothies and health food. Definitely check this place out of you're looking to get in shape.

Experiencia positiva: It's a great gym. Lots of different ways to work out and great smoothie bar. The only suggestion I can say is that all the broken weights need to removed and replaced. The cable machine needs to greased because of inconsistent pull. Besides that great atmosphere when working out and very very friendly staff that are always happy to help. I do love going there and will continue when I'm in the area

It’s well kept up, clean and the equipment is awesome. Plus they have the heaviest weights in BC. Great child care and group classes I also love the sauna!

Dont waste your money anywhere else. This is the real deal with real results. Been going here 9 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
