Experiencia fantástica: This gym has been wonderful for my family ever since we moved to Colby in 2014. Since Delin took over management a few years back, she has updated a good amount of the equipment and appearance of the gym. For a town the size of Colby, having this as one of our fitness options in town is a wonderful blessing. No, it's not a 10,000 sq. ft. gym with climbing wall and running track, etc. It has all the basic equipment and weights a person would need to get a good workout. The electronic entry and the flexible hours are extremely helpful as well. I would, and do, recommend this gym to anyone I know moving to town.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a very nice gym. Miss Delin took wonderful care of me. While she was baking. She came over and let me in. Gave me a run down of the rules. Which basically were, do not wear muddy shoes. The gym was very clean. And the bathrooms look amazing. Let's talk about the gym, it had one power rack, two Smith machines, a few benches, one incline bench and a decline bench. Their dumbell collection was a wonderful surprise. Going from 5 pounds to 150s. Very few gyms have that. Let alone one in a small town. They also have a standard incline and decline bench press stations. With a impressive collection of machines. A deadlift platform, and the whole gym is chalk friendly. The gym does not have everything. If your looking for a collection of specialty bars, they do not have it. But that is okay. All in all I am very impressed with the gym and the staff
