Experiencia fantástica: Super welcoming! I was coming back from not working out for a while. Amazing community that supports you while pushing you to go just a little bit farther than the previous day. I tried all different class times and appreciated that all of their coaches cared aboit safety and scaling the workout to the athlete (especially those that might have had previous injuries). Well worth it to join or when do a drop in!

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Candy and Hannah are the most welcoming coaches I've ever met from a Crossfit gym. They truly embody what it means to have an inclusive community. They are passionate and experienced. All of the members here are so welcoming too, I've made some great friends here! They also often have volunteer and social events. The space is clean and organized. Love it here, it is my gym home!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the real deal. The coaches know their stuff and meet everyone where they are at while still pushing you to be your best. On top of that, they are just kind, funny and inclusive human beings! The community is welcoming and likes to have fun and throw down. On top of that, it is a veteran-owned, female-owned box that is incredibly invested in giving back - whether that is running programs for differently abled athletes, featuring different animal rescues or regularly programming Hero WODs and sharing the story behind them. This gym has tons of heart ❤️ I had previously done crossfit and was just finding my way back after having kids and some health issues. I’m so grateful I find this gem - it’s everything that is great about CrossFit. I can’t say enough good things about Crossfit Ridgeback!

Every class is energized with comradery! The team atmosphere at CF Ridgeback is exceptionally strong and has a great community because of it. Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for Thanksgiving and this gym is top notch! Very clean with brand new equipment. The coaches Candy and Hannah were positive, motivating and knowledgeable. They both made me feel comfortable and met me where I was at in my fitness journey and offered superb advice and feedback that I will always remember. Their influence and love for crossfit gushes out to the other members as they cheered everyone on; I felt like part of the team. Wish this was my place of residence. Rock on Ridgeback!!
