This is the best for training , coaching , and learning to box, that you will find. James, Juan and the staff have created a great environment here. Great for all ages. They have the heart, love and skills for the sport and the people they love to train. Very cool.

You're definitely getting your money's worth! I really loved how , no matter their age (my daughter's 8), they push you to be your best! He didn't let up on her and that's what she needs! She can't wait to go back today! And she's been telling everyone that'll listen about it!

Experiencia fantástica: I love dropping everyone in the GREAT GYM!!! The owner is awesome the office manager is an angel and the training is top notch and world class with trainers who have fought for world titles. I really enjoy Tues and Thurs spar night where I get the opportunity to drop everyone with body shots. The owner usually spars except when I am there for some strange reason. COME BY it will be worth it. GREAT PRICES come by to lose weight competition or just train its your choice.
