Experiencia fantástica: This is not a typical gym. The workouts are never average, they never mimic a previous workout and are always written with extreme detail, creativity and expertise! I have experienced different gyms in the Conroe/Willis area and nothing compares to the level of quality you will receive at XSports. Over the past year+ I have seen major improvement in my form, flexibility and ability in movements that were once almost impossible!

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot express how grateful I am to work with Brandon and XSports. He is passionate, supportive, intelligent, articulate and really pushes me to go the extra mile with every session. His methodical approach and evaluation of my current physical fitness state is mind blowing. I suffered a minor shoulder injury and have had residual pain for nearly 6 years. I've already seen more mobility in my shoulder and proud to say pain free. Keep up the amazing work!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out for 7 months after several years of illness taking me out of the sport I love. Xsports takes all athletes (people) of ALL levels seriously. In a challenging yet achievable environment I have been able to reach my goals with exactly the kind of coaching I needed and have watched as Brandon is able to get the same results in any age, regardless of sport. With passion and integrity for "X" sport they create a healthy well rounded athlete minimizing risk of overuse injuries, and building up any foundation. I am very grateful to have found them.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of several gyms over a period of 11 years, and most of the reviews you read are part of a promotion inside the gym (Kind of a “give us a good review and we’ll give you a membership discount” kind of thing). My review and experience at XSports is completely unsolicited. Out of all the gyms I’ve been to, XSports is by far the best. You will get a workout that is focused, intense and challenging every single day. You’ll never see the same workout twice nor will you work the same muscle group two days in a row (an issue you’ll find air in other class style gyms with lazy programming). You’ll also receive training and attention like no other gym in the area. Brandon keeps the class on point, moving, and fun. For beginners he always has a backup plan that doesn’t separate you from the group but will just scale you back to a workable level. For a seasoned gym rat, you WILL be challenged; trust me leave the ego at the door. For a person who is just starting their fitness journey or a seasoned vet looking for a hell of a challenge, I cannot recommend this gym or Brandon enough.
