Gold's Gym San Antonio Crossroads

Experiencia fantástica: I go to this gym about 6 days a week. I live in the Medical Center but prefer this one. The Con: no towels; It's inside loop 410 and any body can walk through that parking lot, so lock your stuff up. The Pros: Plenty of room, lots of weights more than enough equipment, I rarely have to change my workout, or move around people. The pool is usually empty , the hot tub is used sparingly. For the most part, people who work out here, are gym rats that love to workout and get out. It's not a country club, it's not a filled with a lot of fluff. If you want to lift, run and cross train this is a good place. There are also classes but I never go to those. I don't go there feeling like people need to treat me a certain way to feel special, in fact I want to lift, talk to people that look like they know what they're doing and not be bothered. By far my favorite golds gym, I just wish they were open later on weekends

From the moment you walk in you immediately see the old school / Modern look this gym has which is what every golds gym should look like! The equipment is definitely top notch , and the way everything is laid out so well along with the amazing bodybuilding Decor makes me jealous of not having a Golds like this where I live. Clean environment and great atmosphere that makes you want to get a killer pump. I will definitely be coming back soon despite the long drive

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym, and very nice machines. The hack squat couldn’t be any deeper which I love, and all sorts of machines for all body parts. Doesn’t get hot like other gyms, even though a LOT of people comes here. Don’t recommend to come at peak hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved back and went to try it out. Arturo was super nice and helpful and I signed up before leaving. The gym has a lot of equipment and is surprisingly power-friendly compared to a lot of other locations. Can’t wait to try Pilates tomorrow!

Experiencia fantástica: Nice place to workout, they have new machines for every body part, also the warm up area is great with accessories you can use, the staff is friendly and helpful, Arturo was able to solve an issue I had with my account and when I need something he helps me with a big smile! They fixed the StairMaster quick! If you need extra accessories you can ask to the front desk rep and they will help you! The Sauna and pool is not an amenity anymore but they compensate with great customer service, nice/new equipment and good maintenance.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the butter to my bread. It's like Cheers everyone knows your name. I'm content with this gymnasium more than other facilities. I felt the price daunting at first but I can see how it's number one. It's easily one of the best things in my esoteric life.

Experiencia fantástica: THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! GOLDS GYM @ CROSSROADS EXERCISES SAFETY FIRST BY WEARING MASKS AND PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING! PLUS THEY WILL BE LAUNCHING NEW CLASSES STARTING APRIL 12TH THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is great and I never have a problem finding a vacant machine that I need. People wear masks and all the sanitation stations are always stocked with towels and disinfectant spray. There are two burned out bulbs out in parking lot that make the parking lot dark and open to possible crime, this is probably an issue with the plaza and not Golds, not sure.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife went to this gym for years before she met me. I went with her about a year ago and I hated it! The equipment was outdated, and that’s because I enjoy older workout machines. I went recently and I now believe this is one of the best gyms in San Antonio, Tx! They finally updated everything with brand new equipment all the way around! Everything is imported from Germany, to be specific from Gym80; this is quality gym equipment. Long story short my wife and I signed up for a membership again! Great location, this is a prime example of what a gym should look like!

Experiencia fantástica: Had to Re-write my review since singing up a year later, its great here with great staff, no more asking you to use the 360 bodyscan anymore etc. Much more laidback, but still for the advanced gymmer.

Everyone that works there is so darn friendly and the gym members there all seem to be in great moods. It's if I would describe as a little piece of Heaven. I relish the part of my day coming here. I recommend this location. Lily the general manager is so charming I implore people to try this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: This Gym, is very busy n that's B cuz , The setup is absolutely great in my book. Machine r in excellent condition n the cross fit area is more than suitable 4 any 1 who wants 2 pick up ur heart rate 2 187 bpm. I would recommend this gym 2 any 1.

Experiencia fantástica: Where to begin...? To start I'd like to preface that I have been to gyms all over the country and this one by far is one of my most favorite. The overall vibe and feel of this gym after it's remodel is fantastic. All of the equipment is brand new and just brings such a good feel to this location. It definitely has that classic Golds Gym feel but with everything being vibrant and updated. There is a lot of equipment that is not just brand new but very rare to find in most gyms which makes it even more awesome to see here. The gym itself is very clean and very well organized. They have multiple areas from functional fitness, a cycle room, and a full studio to make it a gym that anyone can come to and find something that is perfect for them and their fitness interests. The staff and the gym manager are amazing and all very friendly. Whether you're someone just visiting San Antonio and you like to go to the gym, or if you are looking for a great place to start this would be one of the gyms that I would highly highly recommend. Will be back for the majority of my work outs going forward. Can't say enough good things.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to share my pleasant experience with others regarding the two staff at Gold's on Crossroads location named Julie Martinez and Julian Garcia. I am grateful for the help they provided me when I visited the gym today. I wish all of Gold's employees were patience like the two. I was having problem (still having the same issues on my phone, but not fault of their own nor mine) signing up for the GGX classes, so I went to the Crossroads location to resolve the matter. Neither one of us was able to figure out the problem, but I just wanted to let Ms. Martinez and Mr. Garcia that I appreciate their effort to help me. As I have stated, the two went above and beyond to help me and I am grateful. Thank you.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences each and every time that I go honestly I think that the golds gym of the Quarry you can learn a lot from the golds gym CrossRoads. Experiencia fantástica: Just beginning my fitness journey at Gold's Gym (again, but I am in it to win it this time!). Awesome gym for the monthly membership price ( I pay 55$ a month and 25$ to start). Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, awesome classes, great workout equipment. Noelle is my fitness coach. She is absolutely awesome! She really showed me she cares about me reaching my goals. Also, Golds Gym has an app that offers workouts guided by a coach, set to your own music. I just cant say enough about Gold's Gym. If you are looking to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to a workout spot, this is it!

Experiencia fantástica: Top 3 favorite Golds gyms in San Antonio between Potranco, SW Miltary, and This location. They have tons of equipment, boxing area, sauna, and classes. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Most def recommend this location.

May I just start by saying that the gentleman who helped me, Alejandro, is an absolute benefit to Gold's. He was extremely professional, and absolutely radiated enthusiasm in regards to health and fitness. Sign up was a breeze, and the pool is such a huge benefit! I look forward to working out here for a while!
