Experiencia fantástica: 3Volt is hands down the best gym/studio I have ever been to. I love that there are so many options of workouts (I have become a bit of a Lagree addict)! The trainers are all so nice- they are welcoming, non-judgy- helpful- and a lot of fun! I love that the trainers will push you to do your best and take the time to get to know you and your goals. The gym is beautiful- the boutique and assortment of amazing workout clothes is dangerous- and the overall vibe feels like a family. I truly love this place and always look forward to my workouts with 3Volt!!

I love that this gym offers several different class formats in 3 different rooms. The class sizes are perfect. Kay is an excellent General Manager who is not only a top notch trainer in all the formats but always provides a personal, welcoming feel to the members! Jay always greets everyone with a smile!

There aren't any other gyms that offer this combination of styles of classes in one membership. The trainers are professional, personable, and attentive. They make the workouts effective and efficient while ensuring our safety and comfort. With such a large membership base, it is impressive that they are able to maintain the community like a small family. I would highly recommend 3Volt to anyone looking to join a gym or mix it up from their normal fitness routine!

Experiencia fantástica: I just joined at 3volt after trying out multiple gyms, programs in the area. My major complaint at other gyms was An area of my body wasn't getting worked out, a muscle group was somehow missed. Not at 3volt. Holy smokes. It is truly a full body workout and it is HARD, but in the best way. I leave dripping in sweat after every single workout. All of the instructors push you to be the best version of yourself. I have specific instructors that I personally LOVE, but in reality they all are phenomenal. 3volt Isn't about perfection, it's about progress..Im working my way to a Mommy makeover and I am so thankful 3volt is helping me get there!

All of the instructors are super nice and more importantly, motivating, supportive and POSITIVE, no matter your fitness level. Even if you're like me...someone who never exercises with no discipline to maintain a traditional gym schedule...they help you modify ALL the moves to your ability while still giving you a great workout. Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Beautiful new gym with lots of high-end equipment and a strong selection of classes. I previewed one of the mechanical treadmills and was impressed with how quiet it is and what a good, fast workout you can achieve on it.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing fitness center operated by an amazing team of owners and trainers. They only have classes, so no one is walking around judging you. They keep it super clean and sanitized for everyone’s safety. Most importantly, the workouts are extremely challenging yet fun. I’ve never loved working out, but I’m truly addicted to this place and this team. They’ll keep you motivated for sure!
