They have everything I need to support my mountain bike, climbing moving, hiking, whitewater and surf kayaking addiction as long as possible. Even like the music!

Experiencia fantástica: Fitness over fifty us a warm and welcoming place for those of us on the older side to get a good workout and meet interesting people while doing it! The staff is great also!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going for 2 months now and I like it. They have lots of equipment to choose, classes and a place just to relax and socialize. The staff is there to help and are friendly. Y'all should check it out.

Experiencia positiva: Joined FOF in 2010 after I was laid off. The staff has always been very helpful, easygoing and pleasant. During the constant rain of 2016/17 winter I spent time there just to get out of the house. Love the lounge/games/fireplace area. Super nice atmosphere. My only con is I sustained a permanent injury to my left rotator cuff area using the arm peddling machine the first month I was a member. Gotta be careful.
