Experiencia fantástica: Cleanest 24hr gym I've been to. The owners do a great job maintaining both the Lakeville and Rosemount locations that I frequent. Workouts were getting stagnant so signed up for personal training with Jenn. Phenomenal motivator and knowledgeable on proper form and injury prevention. Would recommend either of these locations and utilizing their personal trainers.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff! I work with Chad and he's excellent. Knows his stuff and properly trains. I have watched all staff members a bit as I am working out and they're all very good. For most people the gym is nicely equipped and clean. Seems to be a crowd of good people working out there which makes for an enjoyable atmosphere. Yup, I really recommend the Rosemount Snap Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, I can't even believe that I haven't written a review yet for this place, so it may be a little late, but as the saying goes - better late than never! I first joined Snap Fitness - Rosemount in January 2019. At that time, I was only a few months into my health journey. I was severely overweight and was desperate for a change. What I found there at this place was the accountability that I needed. I lost over 100 pounds, ran a couple of 5ks and was able to push my body so much more than I ever imagined it could be pushed. The staff and owners keep a clean gym and it has plenty of equipment that anyone from beginner to advanced will be able to find something to use. Their trainers are extremely knowledgeable and if you want to get pushed in a workout, try one of their team training or personal training options, your muscles will be sore but you will not regret it in the long run if you stick to it! I ended up moving away this last summer, so I have not been a member there for the last 6 months, but I wanted to say my thanks to everyone that I met at Snap Rosemount who helped me along the way. Keep doing what you're doing :)

Experiencia fantástica: The trainers at SNAP have always been successful at helping me achieve my evolving goals. Mostly my goals are to get fit and recover the muscle and mobility age is attempting to take. Recently I started working with Amy (Alpha1/SNAP trainer) and the results in the areas of mobility and flexibility have been amazing. She has a rich, deep understanding of how the bodies structure works or isn’t working and what to do to improve it. I spend a lot of time ballroom and country western partner dancing and Amy’s recognition of shoulder, back, leg, etc. problems and solutions have made a clear difference in how I move. (I review my home security cameras to see how I am moving when I’m not paying attention to being recorded and I see the improvements.)

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member here for 3 months. The functional workout space is great. Not too crowded, plenty of machines and free weights. Definitely worth a visit if you’re curious. I left my membership with Lifetime fitness and joined on here.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best, large size and clean locations I have ever been to. Machines are always available, no matter what time you go to. Owners (husband-wife) are very caring and helpful. All staff members are approachable and have a smile on their face.

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness is a very friendly place and I love going there. Every time I go to Snap I enjoy every minute of it. The community that goes to Snap brings a very welcoming environment and you can fit right in fast and comfortably. The staff is very kind and will help without out even a second thought.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of my favorite gyms that I have ever been a part of, for four main reasons. First, the gym is open 24 hours a day. This was something that I never really knew that I needed before I joined. At least twice a month have I gone to the gym after 10 p.m., which really allows me to be flexible with my workout schedule. Second, Snap Fitness Rosemount is exceptionally clean. This is something that should be a given, but it's something that I don't take for granted. Third, the gym is never particularly crowded, or rather, it seems never particularly crowded because there are enough workout spaces and machines to go around. There are 4 bench / squat racks, 2 full sets of dumbbells, a 1/2 dozen treadmills (maybe more), several other types of cardio machines including ellipticals and a StairMaster, a Smith machine, a separate room for yoga and/or cycling, and weight machines for virtually every muscle. Maybe I never go at peak hours, but I've never had to wait an abnormal amount of time for one machine. Finally, the staff is really helpful and friendly; it has the feel of a family business while having all of the amenities that a larger gym conglomerate has. During staffed hours, one of the owners is always there and they make an effort to get you know you by name. They also add personal touches to the decor of the gym. For instance, October has been a Halloween themed. Though there are a range of people with different ability levels at the gym, it seems as if it's a fairly low pressure environment. Overall, it's a really positive space to work out.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a Snap Fitness member for about 8 months now. The owner's and training staff are all so nice and welcoming. It is nice to see them greet members by name when they come in. The gym has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals from a novice to advanced. My wife really enjoys the studio fitness classes. While my oldest daughter has worked directly with the personal trainer, to help prepare her for the upcoming dance season. I have taken advantage of the free weights as well as the MyZone heart rate tracking. Over the past 8 months going to Snap I have lost over 25lbs and increased my overall strength. If you are looking for a gym I would highly recommend Snap Fitness Rosemount.

Experiencia fantástica: The family and I enjoy going to the gym. Plus they'll work with teens(16+yrs). Which in my opinion gets the teens away from been on the electronic all the time. Go check it out if not for you. Do it as a family if you can.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the classes offered at the gym. I enjoy the group fitness classes but if I miss it I can always work out with a variety of exercise classes offered via video. I appreciate very much the gym offering discounts to public service workers and the military. It really shows these owners care!

Experiencia fantástica: Snap fitness in Rosemount has it all! I have been a member at a couple other gyms and my search is over. They have everything I need from the treadmills to weights. I also like the private studio space. My favorite machine is the Jacob’s Ladder. I enjoy ending my workouts with the hydro massage bed. Snap Fitness also has great prices on family memberships. Clean gym, friendly staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. The staff is friendly and personable, as well as the personal trainers and class instructors. They are very passionate about fitness and exercise, not just business people. This is a complete gym with all of the machines and traditional weight training equipment, plus a few extras. The entire place is always spotless and the machines and equipment in top shape. It's also well organized. The classes are great! Well worth an add-on. Parking is easy. In all, I highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is very clean, well-organized, and accessible. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to provide information and assist, should the need arise. If you're looking for a professional, and welcoming, environment, you'll find the Rosemount location to your liking. The facility is never over-crowded, merely a little foot traffic during expected post-work hours. Generally, this location has provided the best experience compared to the many other locations in the Twin Cities area.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome! I love the friendly staff and owners, and their facility is top notch! Their personal training sessions are excellent and do a great job of helping you to get in shape and better orientating you to their facility. The facility has an excellent layout -- they best I've ever seen. I've been to several other clubs to work out, but this is by far the best.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is freaking bonkers! Hydro massage, 7 to 8 45 lb barbells, a freaking SHOWER, kickboxing bag, everything is brand new and it's awesome. I usually go to the gym in lakeville off of dodd, but after coming here I'll never go bsck. It's amazing. Also, they have a deadlift platform! Incredible gym for what you pay.

It's worth every penny you pay here. You would likely pay alot more going elsewhere and not be as nice.
