Very comfortable environment where you will begin to know everyone and it starts to feel like family, seeing eh same people every day. The facility is very clean and the equipment is plentiful to get any kind of workout that you want - Cardio, weights, machines - they have it all. Best gym I have ever belonged to!

Experiencia fantástica: The Body Shop is hands down the best gym in lower Delaware. I have never waited in equipment and it is a nice friendly atmosphere. I like to call it the "Cheers" of gyms. The owner Adam makes a point to get know the members and all the staff are amazing and helpful. The are plenty of different things to choose from - drop-ins, stamp card, memberships. Great place!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Perfect place to get your workout on before you hit the beach. The location is key, the people are amazing and even during the busiest point of the summer season, I can always get on a machine or find a space to workout. Adam is not only one of the best personal trainers around, he is also a genuine person and really caters your workout to where you are and cares how you are doing. He and his staff really get to know you and they extend themselves to you with a smile when you enter the door. It’s a very personal and personable space to workout in and you always feel better for just showing up!

Experiencia positiva: The only fitness center in area. They offer daily, weekly membership. The gym is clean and has toilets but no shower area. They have lockers you need to bring your own keylock. I was asking for personal trainer ($70)and told to leave a number but nobody call back probably because they only want local.

It was small but clean, and had enough equipment in good working order to complete any workout in a gym rat’s training routine. The staff was also friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for LA Fitness, or Golds go somewhere else. But for a small comfy workout spot I recommend “The body shop fitness center.

If you can't do your routine bc there's equipment missing.. Do something else. Don't whine about it. Get Swole.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym for a shore town. All the equipment you need. It gets busy early but tapers off quickly. I highly recommend. Friendly staff and great rates. I always go to this gym when in town.

Experiencia positiva: They are professional and friendly. The air temp is around 72 degrees which could be lowered in my opinion. But otherwise great location, fair pricing, good enough and clean equipment.

Experiencia positiva: It's the only gym in the area, but it's not bad. It has standard equipment, and other stuff you might need to do more complex workouts, but it was a serious downgrade coming from my gym back home. My biggest complaint would be the lack of space available. There was simply no room for me do some of my exercises during peak hours. Overall it did its job as a gym for the week, but I can't recommend it full time.
