Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this gym for 2 months now and I knew going in that I also needed a personal trainer to keep me focused. The gym itself is easily accessible through an app on your phone and I’ve never had to wait to use any of the machines for my workout. I train with Max, the owner, and if you’re looking for results Max is your guy! He can be stern and definitely has no qualms about holding clients accountable for their own results but he motivates and gives encouragement along the way. His training is methodical and gradually progresses you clearly out of your comfort zone, which is exactly what I needed!!! Lol… He makes it clear that fitness is his passion and that he truly cares for his clients. I am looking forward to reaching my goals with him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now. I Love how friendly the atmosphere and the staff are with the guests as well as me. Max has helped me out tremendously with my own personal fitness journey, either with recommendations or given personal experience advice. The prices are great, especially since they have been adding more and more new equipment. It's such a clean and quality facility, I am very impressed with the inside and the equipment. I have always experienced a comfortable atmosphere where I can improve myself without feeling self-conscious. The noise level is never to high, so one can concentrate on tasks at hand with no distractions.

Experiencia fantástica: Been coming to this gym since 2017. Not super big, and never really busy, and the people there are respectful all around. The employees are always there to greet you during the day and are willing to help with anything! This gym has pretty much everything you need; whether it’s cardio, weights, machines, etc. I highly recommend signing up for a membership at this gym, it’s awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Max and Austin, both are professional and friendly. Max always helps his members out whenever they need advices in training and exercises. Austin is nice and friendly. Sometimes I ask him to be my workout buddy.

The gym has a variety of equipment for all levels of fitness needs. The staff, especially Max are very polite and knowledgeable about the gym and fitness needs A great find, I highly recommend!

I feel like I’m treated as a number and overcharged at the big box gym we all know well. Love this place and the staff. Especially Max and Austin Who greet me by name every time I walk in. Experiencia fantástica: Been a member for about 4 months now and I really like the environment here. It’s a small gym but it has all the essentials with friendly staff and easy going community. Location is really nice for locals of Mansfield as well. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Became a member of this gym two years ago (was under a different name then) and never looked back. Friendly staff and the right amount of equipment for a great workout. They are constantly looking to make improvements to the gym and I have seen this evolve into something special over time. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a local boutique-type gym.
