Ive been a member since June 2021, I love coming to class daily and feeling so comfortable, welcomed and supported by all the coaches- shout out to Sarah, Courtney, & Vickie!! F45 will get you in SHAPE, the workouts are new every day and target different areas of the body upper body, lower body, cardio and full body! I’ve personally lost ~110lbs by working out at F45 in combination with my diet. If you are looking for a new gym I would highly recommend! It’s also great for people who are just getting into fitness or don’t know where to start, the workouts are planned out and demoed on the screens so you don’t have to worry about it! The coaches are always great with helping you with your form and give you tips/advice to get the most of your sets (which I really appreciate).

Experiencia fantástica: I love how challenging the work outs are and the sense of community! It’s by far one of the best workout programs I’ve been apart of and I’ve tried numerous other gyms and programs!
