Experiencia fantástica: If it weren’t for moving I would have stayed with this gym indefinitely, hence me still leaving a five star review. The amount of effort put in by the owners to maintain and keep the gym clean is so commendable, along with them having the friendliest attitudes. Definitely recommend using this gym, you got all the equipment you need plus you do not have to worry about anything being unsanitary.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a membership under previous management. I had canceled it around the time the changed took place. I noticed I was still getting charged. I went in and the new owner made getting everything correct so easy. This gym isn’t convenient for me anymore but if it’s in your area I highly recommend them based on this experience alone.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working out with Dan Carlson as my personal trainer four and a half years ago. I weighed 235 pounds and had a detached small calf muscle. I also had every excuse in the book of why I shouldn't work with a trainer and that my calf would never heal. Dan is the best personal trainer I have ever worked out with. Not only does he have a college degree in physical fitness he is good at what he does. He develops workouts that challenge me and have increased my muscle throughout my body. He pushes me to continue progressing forward. I now weigh 205 and my calf injury is no longer a problem. My overall cholesterol has also gone down and my good cholesterol has gone up. I am 46 and am feeling better than I ever have. His gym is top notch! It has all the equipment you will need and everything is in good working order. If you are looking for a personal trainer, gym or both, this is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dan the Man is the best. He's excellent at communicating information and is always happy to answer the many millions of questions I ask him. At $25 monthly, this gym has it all. I've purchased workout plans from Dan and they are great. I get injured easily, and Dan took the time to give me an appropriate workload to make sure I can kill it without hurting myself. I have ZERO clue what I'm doing when it comes to exercises, so I'm super grateful Dan is easy to access. There is a great deal of neat equipment to use. With the monthly workshops Dan hosts, there is always new exercises to try. Give it a shot! A day pass is free the first time!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so happy I switched to Fitness Syndicate! The equipment is great and includes pretty much everything you need. There's almost always a squat rack open (which I can't say for any other gym I've gone to), excellent number of free weights and machines, TRX-es, etc. The gym is clean and I feel very comfortable working out there. On top of all of that, the owner, Dan, is a personal trainer and my training sessions with him are a highlight of my week! He's incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated and he's helped me build strength without aggravating my past injuries. Definitely recommend!

I also love that there is enough room for all. I go to the Boise gym early in the morning and love that there is a shower that I can use before work. GREAT PLACE
