Experiencia fantástica: I spent so much time at this gym when I was in law school, it was like a second home to me. Thank God no one ever asked me to contribute to the bills, because the monthly fee was so low. When, I switched to the MAC (because my kids were attending school remotely as a result of the Pandemic), I paid about $135 a month. In any event, this gym is without a doubt one of the best gyms I have ever been to. First, it's unbelievably clean. Second, the staff is well trained and pleasant. Next, they have equipment that other gyms typically don't have. And last, the building has windows! I know that sounds bizarre, but, for whatever reason, gyms with windows are rare. Most facilities are like little cells. At any rate, I definitely recommend this gym.

The staff is very friendly and the members of the gym are judgement free. I recommend this gym for anyone looking to work on their fitness - from beginners to highly experienced.

Experiencia positiva: Traveling and working out is difficult. Finding a good gym is even more discouraging. THANK GOD Conquest Fitness answered the phone and made it easy to get a day pass. The gym is big and has an array of equipment. Some of it is a bit old (if you care about that sort of thing) but it gets the job done. They provide spray bottles and towels at the door for you to wipe stations down. The women's locker room has clean stalls and showers and it's spacious. All around great and reliable gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Conquest for 4 years now and I have loved every minute of it! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Paul is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and will always put you in a good mood, Michaal is always looking to help any way he can, Molly is great with the kids while their parents workout, and Stephen is the best smoothie maker no matter what part of his body is in a sling at the time! Lol The gym has everything that I need to get a great workout and the large windows make me feel like I’m working out outside which always brightens my day! I have attended many of the group classes previously and they were amazing! The large human performance institute facility is great for training for sports activities as well. This gym has something for everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: They have a great cardio area, a great variety of machines, and free weights. They also have a sauna with nice locker rooms. What more could you ask for.

With that said, in the future if ownership ever decides to build another facility, hopefully they will consider equipping the women's locker room with the same amenities that the men's locker room has. 10/10 recommend !

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of this gym since the day they opened (OG). It is by far the cleanest and nicest gym in the lansing area. Paul is a great manager and always goes above and beyond for all his customers. Every single employee is always very attentive and makes sure the gym is in order. At conquest not only did I find my favorite gym but I found a family and a community!

Experiencia fantástica: Just joined Conquest Fitness gym and very pleased so far. It doesn't get as crowded as in my previous gym and it's located a couple minutes away from where I live, so this saves me time and money on gas. The gym has all the equipment I need!

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility. Helped me out in a pinch with needing a gym while visiting from CA. They offer daily and 15 day passes. Only downside is that the equipment is not short person friendly. Some equipment wasn't usable for me due to it being designed for taller people. Smith machine was odd and not something that I have seen before as the bar doesn't seem to drop down to the floor which is standard for most. Had to modify a lot of my training cause of this, but it was a gym that I was able to use during my stay.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Recently moved to Colorado & it’s totally clear how unique Conquest is—can’t find anything close to it here. It’s not just the clean facility & new equipment. It’s the people & the environment. They make you feel comfortable & it was seriously my second home! Can’t recommend enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best Gym in the Lansing area. If your looking for an amazing facility with a friendly environment this is the only place in the Lansing area. They have an array of cardio machines and a well laid out free weight area. They also have child care at a very affordable price.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing early morning staff and classes during the week! Thanks for having so many early morning classes that brought me into the gym. Although, I wish it opened earlier on weekends before kids are up and sports start, especially Saturdays. I think there is a good early morning crowd that would come on weekends as well, especially if there were more classes (not just vfit). Thanks for the surveys and asking your members what they want! Andre not only addressed a concern that I had, but took the time to talk with me in his office along with his manager, Paul so that he could make sure that member's gym experiences are top notch.

The only downside is the men's locker room has an aroma similar to the reptile house at the zoo mixed with a dash of raw chicken sitting out too long and a hint of microwave broccoli. BUT seriously, don't let that stop you from checking this place out
