Experiencia fantástica: These guys are absolutely top-notch! Specifically, I'd like to give a shout-out to the amazing swim program at ESFC. Their instructors are super busy and you may have to wait a few days to get worked into the program, but it's totally worth it. My daughter learned a ton from her instructor and I would highly recommend this program for anyone who is learning to swim for the first time or looking to improve as a swimmer. Finally, I'd specifically like to say "Thank you!!" to Karlee. My daughter says that you are tops as a swim instructor, and I think that she's 100% right... Thanks so much!! Appreciate you guys!!

Experiencia fantástica: They have saunas, a hot tub, outdoor basketball courts, a racquetball court, an indoor pool, and the outdoor pool has 3 slides and 2 diving boards that ur allowed to basically do anything on (including backflips!). I didn't see this info online; I only learned when I went today.

Experiencia fantástica: We both have had hip replacement surgery. Osteo/functional fitness class w James Hummel has some of the same exercises we did in physical therapy, plus many exercises with freeweights and resistance bands. James is very knowledgable about anatomy/function, and gives valuable tips to exercise efficiently and safely. He coaches you to challenge yourself , and he plays great music. Tai Chi class is like 'meditation in motion'. Instructor Bill Flynn is very patient with us! We also like Aqua aerobics with Phyllis, Kathryn. All these classes have increased our mobility and strength and balance and we enjoy all the people as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Prices are good I do the monthly. They do have machines are always down but plenty of others that do the same thing. They do work with you if ur behind in payments.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so happy I rejoined etown swim and fitness!! Since I’ve been in the Piyo class with Naikee Riley I feel so much stronger and more fit! I can finally do a side plank!!! I’ve been in her class for about 6 weeks now and I can tell the difference in my body and it has been a great addition to my weight loss and fitness journey! Already down 15Lbs!!! Thank you Naikee!

Experiencia fantástica: The kids klub workers are amazing! My son crys when we have to leave. Love their group fitness classes. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join. I was pleasantly surprised at the price...the lady in membership is definitely an asset to this gym
