Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication Welcoming atmosphere, whole bunch of new equipment added and diligent gym patrons who put their weights back/clean machines. Also love that it's 24/7 now, was always worried about not being able to get my workout through the busy days.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent management (works with you to make sensible payment plans) and all the equipment you need to have a successful workout whether that be plentiful aerobic machines, plenty of benches with dumbbells that go up to 125 lbs, squat racks, smith machine, deadlift station, and even turf to work on more functional exercises. I really do think this place is a gem within the Erie community that allows people with different fitness goals to advance on their physical wellness journeys at affordable pricing without being overly crowded (even at its most crowded). Would 100% recommend to anyone who will be living in Erie for any duration of time.

Experiencia fantástica: Reggie is awesome. His classes are great what's nice about his classes is every class you never know what you're getting different work out different tools to work with stability ball to free weights you name it. Love love love him and his classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going in November and I love it here! The atmosphere feels safe and comfortable (this is very important as a 17 y/o girl) the staff are great, there’s a wide range of equipment to use, and there’s a lot of space and cleaning equipment if you’re worried about Covid

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been using this gym for a decade now and I’ve found it to be well equipped and reasonably priced. I’ve had no reason to look elsewhere. The YMCA was great too but got more expensive every year

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I switched from snap fitness (different city) and it’s such a breath of fresh air! They’ve got so many machines and options and the staff is great. Everything’s really clean too and there’s a lot of mirrors which is nice. My boyfriend joined shortly after me and we love it.

Experiencia fantástica: I love how the gym is big but not too big; it’s very open and it also has all these newer machines. I also love how there are many 45 lb barbells and that there are the lighter weights that have the same circumference and diameter as the 45 lb plates. I love that there are a lot of dumbbells and that theres different areas for different kinds of exercising. I enjoy the area where I could also do abs exercises and cable machine workouts. The gym is very clean and the showers and lady’s room area are very nice. Highly recommend this gym. Staff is very nice and welcoming, answering any question you might have!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to this gym for over 3 years now (prolly longer can’t remember!) and always loved it. Was introduced by my best friend who goes here and this has been “home” for working out ever since! Very clean and super nice staff! I recently even went to a gym out of town due to my boyfriend going to college out of town currently and I went to his gym and it still did not feel the same!

I bring my one year old daughter to the day care and the staff are incredible and helpful when she struggles as I leave .. No plans to change gyms.. this place is great!

Experiencia fantástica: My first workout at your facility was a great experience. Friendly atmosphere and plenty enough equipment. I'm almost 60 years old, won many Powerlifting competitions, wrestling tournaments, masters boxing competition and freestyle swimming champion. I think you folks have it covered as far as equipment goes, I've trained at almost every gym you could think of, but I like the open air of this facility, as long as the members show respect, I will have no problem training here.

Experiencia fantástica: Io2 is hands down the choice gym for erie pa. The staff is great and it's super clean and spacious. Not at all overpriced I've been a member for years and they keep improving recently purchased memberships for my whole company.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like the atmosphere here. My youngest daughter LOVES the kidz club with Liz. I work out with my older daughter and we had a training session with Rickki--she was AMAZING. The staff is always kind and helpful. The equipment is diverse and the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level

Experiencia fantástica: I've always loved my gym, but after moving out-of-state I now see how amazing it really is! For the same price as a Planet Fitness subscription you get free group classes, full gym access and can even add on extras for a charge. I did personal training here as well and loved my experience. If you're truly looking for a "no judgement zone" then my sincere advice is Iron Oxygen > Planet Fitness 100% of the time. Everyone here is extremely friendly and willing to give advice wherever you will take it. I still can't find anything comparable elsewhere and will definitely be back as often as possible when I am in town.

The only complaint (not rewcl complaint) is that my trainer, Alec, has gotten me from a size 16 to a 10 in about 2 months and now all my clothes are baggy!!! >:/ Seriously though, I love this gym. It's clean, the staff are helpful, and the trainers from my experience are amazing. Alec is the best!!! Update*** I have to buy new tights because even THOSE are too big now -_-

Experiencia fantástica: After losing a lot of weight I've hit a plateau. I have had a really rough year and mentally I was crashing. I decided to join red level boxing to get some aggression out. They told me that includes free membership to iron oxygen fitness. I scheduled my free training session with Brian, and he was amazingly informative, helpful, and encouraging. He listened to my needs and got me going on a routine. For once I am putting me first, and living my best life! I love how wonderful the staff and other clients are! I highly recommend them! I didn't think I could do it, and I am! So you can do it too!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolute best gym in the area. Largest variety and availability of equipment than any other gym I've seen in or around Erie. Membership is reasonable, the staff and trainers are the best, and almost everyone there is serious about working out, is respectful, and willing to offer advice or give you a spot if asked. They've also got a nice rewards program, a variety of group classes, and multiple trainers that really know their stuff and are great to work with. My only complaint is that they have messed up my billing more than once, to the point where it could almost be considered an ongoing issue. However, I believe this is mostly due to a lack of proper communication and training of a single individual, as no one else I know has had this problem, and all the other employees I have interacted with regarding the issue appeared to be doing everything correctly and were eager to help.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the equipment, machinery, people, and local vibe. The patrons are highly motivated, motivating, and to me, the gym's free, open floor plan re-affirms exercise as the strength-building community activity that it is. I really love being there with other people - it's so much fun! There is not a single distracting TV in the weight area, and the staff is so genuine, always brightening my day.

Noah at the front desk was professional and polite, and hooked us up with a great 1-week deal to workout. The weights, machines, layout and overall vibe of this gym is top notch. If I lived here, this would definitely be my gym. 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very friendly and helpful the Zumba classes are great and so is Pound. My trainer Emily is awesome as I’m sure are all the other trainers I feel at home more now that I frequently go and I do level red boxing when I can and those instructors are awesome as well

The atmosphere was inviting and although I was self conscious I never felt like I was being looked at negatively by the other members. It was a very positive experience and I’m glad I made the decision to join.

Lots of exercise equipments, very good personal trainers, and THE BEST THINGS about this club is they have FREE DAYCARE, so theirs no excuses that you can not exercise. Trump 2020 ❤

Experiencia fantástica: This is such an awesome place. The staff is super helpful. The day care keeps my children for two hours and I never met such a caring group of daycare workers. There is always equipment available and everyone is respectful.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm in the military & travel a lot. Whenever I get to each place, I'm always looking for a gym that opens early with a wide selection of equipment. I scoped out this gym and the owner personally greeted me & offered me a deal I couldn't pass up. They were superb in customer service & made me feel very comfortable. The equipment is top notch, the activities are first rate, and their facility is incredible for an Erie location. This gym has it all and made me a loyal member. Now that I'm back in town visiting my folks before I go overseas again, I'm definitely gonna go to this gym. I can't say enough good things about this gym & recommend everyone go here. Plus, if you get bored with running, crossfit, or weights you can just go next door for a great boxing workout. It's a killer cardio routine. This is one of the best all around gyms I've been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Decent gym. They’ve got somewhat modern equipment. The staff has been friendly in the limited amount of times I’ve interacted with them. Can be crowded during popular hours but not anything outrageous. Tanning cost extra. Boxing cost extra. Anything beyond access to gym equipment costs extra. The locker rooms(atleast the males) is literally the stinkiest place I’ve ever experienced. But other than all of that it works as a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the layout and over all setup. The staff is great and friendly. It does get crowded, but that shows how many people enjoy going there. The equipment is well maintained and regularly cleaned. I higky reccomend this gym to everyone from beginners to pros.
