Experiencia fantástica: The gym is always clean and there is a good distribution between free weights, resistance machines, and cardio machines. There is a nice separate room where different classes are held weekly. The owner, Andy, is very nice and knowledgeable. No one who attends this gym has ever been judgmental. Whether you are starting your fitness journey, or you are an intermediate/experienced fitness-goer, Snap Fitness Erie (Harborcreek) is a great gym for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Eric and Monica, the owners of this facility, are wonderful people. I live in Lancaster Pennsylvania and I came to see my mother in Erie. I called the gym while on the way Friday afternoon and asked them if I could buy a two day pass to work out over the weekend. They took time out of their Friday night and met me at 10 PM, when I arrived, at their facility. Great owners and nice folks. Excellent gym.

I have been training with Andy who is also the Owner. He gently pushes you to do your best and that is not easy but so rewarding! The gym is clean. The members are very friendly and we encourage each other no matter what are ages are! There are all kinds of classes, equipment and even a Health Coach who is also a registered nurse.....Come and check us out!!! You won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy going to this gym. It’s always clean and the people there are all very nice and supportive of one another. The bootcamp classes are so much fun. Andrew the owner pushes you and corrects your form to prevent injuries. He provides modifications if you are unable to do an exercise. The people in class are fun to workout with which makes you want to keep going. Andrew is an excellent personal trainer. He listens to what your goals are and helps you to get there.

I am from Erie and they represent ! Don’t go to Planet fitness they treat you like a number and make it difficult to work out for a day or even a week. I feel like home here and I am able to get my workouts in. Thank you Snap!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been apart of this gym for about a year now and every time I am welcomed with kindness. The gym is full of amazing and friendly people who are always there to give tips. Andrew Hellman is also a terrific owner. Every time I have gone into gym with him there, he has always said hello and welcomed me in. He goes out of his way to know who everyone is, I have never seen him not know someones name. He is very friendly and always at his desk putting as much work into the gym as he can. The only time I haven't seen him working at his desk is when he works with his clients. Andrew spends so much time making the gym a comfortable place for men and women to be. The gym also has amazing classes in the morning and afternoon that people can take whether they are a member or not. Although this place is smaller than Planet, the environment is so much better. I am so glad I picked Snap Fitness - Harborcreek to be my gym. This gym has always welcomed and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend everyone to this gym if they are looking for somewhere that they will be treated like family and won't be judged.

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely write reviews, but I had an amazing experience with Snap-fitness in Pa and Ohio (where my university and work reside,) but the customer service I received from the gym owner Andy was outstanding. Andy has treated my brothers and I with so much care and respect. He was considerate, kind, and knowledgeable. All around good guy and a great business owner. I’ve also seen him so concerned for his clients who are elderly during Covid, despite the impact on his business. He really cares and will go above & beyond for his clients/customers. He is willing to work with you. Unfortunately I’d moved to Maryland and I had to cancelled my membership, but even with cancellation he was considerate!! I had so much going on, but he sent everything over to me through email, and it made a big difference. Thank you Andy for all that you’ve done!! You’ll have my continuous support all the way from MD Side-note: The gym is clean, the equipment is up-to-date, if you’re into heavy lifting and cardio, this gym would be great for you!! People are friendly and they stay to themselves while working out.

Experiencia fantástica: Harborcreek Snap Fitness is a great place. They have plenty of equipment and have a knowledgeable, helpful staff. Don't get lost in the crowd on another planet, come to Snap Fitness. They now have a seated calf machine!

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness Harborcreek is much more spacious than the others in Erie. It’s clean and the equipment is updated and maintained. They have educated personal trainers and programs to fit your different needs. I have 3 herniated discs and Andy Hellmann, the owner, helped me do the strength training and stretching to be able to live my life again almost pain free! I would recommend this gym to anyone and my daughters who are 14 and 16 love the virtual fitness classes and the live spin classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Of the 5 SNAP fitness locations I have been to this one is tied for first. It is one of the more spacious SNAP fitness locations and it has most of the equipment you need, TRX ropes, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and even a small room that is perfect for doing abdominal workouts, stretching, ground work, etc. In the small room there is even some sort of kiosk that you can play workout videos that get projected onto a large screen. Biggest advantage of this location is that it is very spacious (compared to other SNAP fitness locations at least). The one small downside in my opinion however is the machine selection. The other SNAP fitness tied for first in Dublin, OH was less spacious but had a much better machine selection. I would definitely like to see a seated calf machine and a lateral shoulder abduction machine instead of some of the machines they do have but this is a minor complaint considering there are plenty of ways to use free weights to train the muscle groups that these machines target. Dumbbells are in 5 pound increments and go up to 100 pounds which is sufficient for most people including myself. Open 24/7 the entire year even on holidays and it is always clean and the weights are always put away which is great because there is nothing I hate more than cleaning up after the person who worked out before me. Definitely worth 5 stars in my opinion and if you are interested in trying it out I'm pretty sure they'll give you 1 or 2 weeks free trial without taking your credit card number down or anything like that.
