Experiencia positiva: I cancelled and they kept billing me for two months. I called Chris and he said he would get it taken care of. Two weeks later, nothing. At that point, it’s just theft. Update: Got reimbursed. The process could have been smoother but it is resolved. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for most people looking to get healthier and more fit. The classes have good structure, especially for people who just aren't quite sure what to do when going to the gym. The instructor will happily answer any of your questions and help with making sure your doing whats right for you like form or modifying an exercise. Every piece of equipment is cleaned after classes. This is a great place to get back on the horse and see what you can do and grow from it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this gym twice a week for an hour class since last October. I am stronger, have more balance and have gained more muscle definition than ever before. This gym is geared for ALL levels of experience and ALL body types! I had plenty of gym experience but no idea what CrossFit exercises were. I have gotten plenty of coaching and helpful hints to avoid injury and to keep me on track! Being a mom of a 2 year old with a full-time job I didn’t think I could get to a gym.. much less see results with two days a week BUT.. I have made it a habit and friends and family have noticed my results! I have also noticed because “that stack” of Maybe Someday Jeans that girls tend to hang on to are NOW the jeans that fit! Come in, take a test drive, sign up and wear Those Someday Jeans and feel great!

Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, a class there feels like a team effort. Every class is unique and the variety of exercises make the work out fly by. Chris (owner) ensures you are doing exercises correctly and safely. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

It’s such a great workout and you definitely will get your money’s worth plus some at this gym. This is definitely my favorite gym I’ve ever attended. Chris is awesome! He goes out of his way to be helpful, motivate, and gets to know everyone. The classes are hard but fun and I always look forward to attending the next class.

We have been searching for a gym family like we had in the state we lived in previously and we finally found it! Chris (owner) is down to earth, encouraging, and down right hilarious! The members are friendly, encouraging and supportive! Can't wait to make a huge transformation and I have no doubt this will be the place that does it for me!
