Experiencia fantástica: Was there visiting family who are members. The gym was well equipped, nice indoor walking track. Great pool and spa area. We really enjoyed ourselves. Staff was friendly and place is well maintained.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place . So many different options for workouts . Basketball , volleyball and racquetball courts . They Diana and steam room are great touch . Family pool and affordable childcare . The employees watching to kids are great with them .

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym, excellent value! Closes a bit early on weekends at 8pm. Nevertheless, I always feel great visiting and refreshingly healthier walking out. The place carries a motivating atmosphere to exercise in, which in turn makes for better workouts each visit. Sauna & steam room are great, especially for the chilly winters in Fargo!

Experiencia fantástica: We went for the zero depth entrance, very warm water pool. My older kids loved the water slide. My 1 year old was just getting used to the water. Family Day pass is only $30.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff make this place amazing. Laura is there every morning to great me with a smile and a genuine interest in every person that walks in. The equipment is well maintained and there is a lot of it. They have classes for kids and a pool with a slide for the kids. Couldn't ask for more in a gum!

Experiencia fantástica: A great facility with multiple features and classes to help stay in shape. I especially love having the pool available for lap swims to break up the run/bike/strength workouts. I've had my membership for a little over two years now and will happily maintain that for the foreseeable future.

Experiencia fantástica: Almost 4 years Member with Family Wellness, in my 20+ years working out and using over 50 gyms I rate FW one of my top five because they have verity of equipments (cardio, weight machines), plenty of free weight, great staff, clean and finally you can do different activities if you don’t like to workout or attend one of their classes to stay healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: This place has everything you need for fitness. The indoor walking track is great to use when we have cold weather. Catch the news on one of the conveniet television screens located around the building. Has a lot of free weights, excersize machines, and a great pool for enjoyment or laps.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for the family. My daughter and I swim here quite a bit, and definitely is nice in the winter months to be able to go away mming with her here.

Experiencia fantástica: I do yoga here and it is very peaceful. The machines are also very well kept and nice. The weights are well organized and there is a punching bag hidden up on the walking/running track. You have to ask where it is or just go up there and look. The atmosphere is respectful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great child care center and workout facilty. Sauna and steam shower are huge and can accommodate a lot of people. Pool is great for small children and has a lot of activities to get your wellness on. Lockerooms are clean and family lockerooms are great if you come with small children.

Experiencia fantástica: This place has an upbeat vibe. Lots of exercise options. I didn't know they had ping pong. They have a big kids program. I'm mostly interested in yoga. I counted 4 different classes. The staff is super friendly. If they don't know the answer right away they will find it. Excellent facility. The equipment is top notch. The weight machines are impressive. I found some coffee (it's free) and talked to other people after my walk. Fun!!

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice facility. My wife really loves the steam room. It's definitely her favorite part. Lots of nice equipment. The swim area looks really nice, though a bit small. Lots of room in the family locker room, which is especially nice when herding little kids. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a nice place to exercise!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I've ever been to! It has everything for the perfect workout! Equipment is awesome, towels are provided. Stuff is super friendly (even if you are a foreigner who speaks broken English). Micro-climate in the building is well balanced. Except for gym there is a pretty big pool, small pool for the children, hot tub, sauna room, steam room. Those, who love cardio training, would find this gym perfect as it has a lot of cardio equipment, cycling room, track for the running at the second level. Coffee is for free at the lobby.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. It's so clean and there's so much to do. The instructors make you feel welcome when you're new to a group class. The pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room are relaxing. There's also a lot of people so you get lost in the crowd and don't feel like everyone's watching you. They even have racket ball, ping pong, and basketball courts. Definitely worth the 57 bucks a month.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout. Everyone is welcoming there with people from young to old and out of shape to fitness fanatics. Very clean and has a wide variety of weights, machines, treadmills, and workout classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Their equipment is great. The only struggle comes from waiting for a squat rack or bench. They have a bunch of classes to go to (at no extra cost). There is two basketball courts (6 hoops total). Everything seems clean whenever I go there.
