Experiencia fantástica: Great fitness club! I never find myself waiting around to use equipment here and the staff is superb. A far cry from my last gym where you felt like another number and service was hard to come by. Always a friendly greeting and hello when you walk in. I'm also currently doing personal training with Jeremy Levin and he's helped me with a plan, everything from caloric intake to exercise schedules to help me get into better shape. The results have been great so far and Jeremy's good at keeping you in line and focused during your sessions.

I was a bit skeptical about a "strip-mall gym", but it has everything I need and I've never had to wait for a machine. Additionally, I am so happy with my personal training sessions! I want to make sure I'm using good form, not doing too much so that I get injured, but still pushing myself to make some progress.

Experiencia fantástica: As somebody whose been lifting for the last 20 years of my life, I decided to try something new and asked Chad if he’d work with me for lower body and shoulders. We’re only on our 4th week but I couldn’t be happier with the growth and relationship I’ve been able to develop with my trainer. He pushes me just enough when I need it and motivates me when I’m ready to quit. Being a trainer myself I’ve really learned a lot from Chad and highly recommend him to anybody looking to gain or lose those last couple lbs. From formulating a diet plan and constructing the perfect workout, I couldn’t be happier. I’m hiring Chad permanently to work with me for at least once a week, that’s how fired up he’s able to get me that I look forward to the next lift before the current one ends. Quit wasting your time and reach out, the guys on point with his workout plans and strategies. You’ll thank me later

Experiencia fantástica: If you're like me, an out of shape mom in her 40's, this is the place for you. I started about 5 weeks ago working with Alex the personal trainer. The gyms are just amazing. There are two sides, one is the regular gym and the other side is more of the personal trainer space. I've used both in my training. They are not gigantic and overwhelming, instead having a boutique feel to them. They have everything you could possibly need and the space itself is just beautiful. It's never over crowded. It's always clean and well taken care of. Alex, my trainer, is fantastic. She always switches it up so my workouts don't get boring and redundant. She is engaging and listens to me. We do HIIT two days a week and strength one day. She checked in a lot at the beginning to make sure I wasn't too sore and helped with different ways to relieve and lessen that beginning soreness. I've been to a few places and worked with a few different trainers over the past couple years. I had to take a long break due to cancer but I am back now and I am so happy with Alpha 1 and Snap Fitness. They are by far the best place I've been. So many times trainers don't listen or do what works for them and not you. Alex has designed workouts for me and my body and my needs. Now, it's only been 5 weeks but I feel better already. After my first month I signed up for their 6 month program.

Experiencia fantástica: Alpha 1 Personal Training has been a very fun and knowledgeable experience. I’ve learned new things about the human body and how traditional strength training works, as these are what I was interested in. No matter what your interests are the trainers can teach you more about it and incorporate it into your session. I’m so glad I have had this amazing experience and can’t wait to learn more.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone should check Alpha out - My son is in the Farmington Wrestling program and wanted to get stronger. He has been with Ryan the trainer since before Thanksgiving and loves it. We started with just 3 weeks to check it out and my son who complains about work, being 11 year old, asked to go back. He and Ryan work hard but in a fun way. Would refer anyone there. LOVE IT!! Another note is that when we did the intake interview with Melissa, she treated my son like a person, not invisible. As a parent that is huge!!!

Alex is the trainer I’m working with and she is awesome. Focus is the whole person not just fitness or nutrition. Weekly check-ins are helping keep me accountable. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Just done with a good workout Snapfitness in Lakeville. Any one in the Lakeville/Farmington/Apple Valley area should check it out. It has a lot of great equipment, and they run personal training sessions. There a massage chair as well...haven’t tried it but want to soon. Great place to get in shape for the golf season!
