Experiencia fantástica: Hidden gem with terrific management and clientele; like a second family. Some of the best equipment I’ve found in 20 years of military moves, and as clean as my own house. Highly recommended and “six” stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Gee (owner) is friendly and helps you feel comfortable. Great atmosphere here all round. It's a small gym but has more than enough space and right equipment for a well rounded workout. Many members are a good workout inspiration.

After seeing multiple doctors for an injury I’ve been suffering with for 6 months, Gee had me feeling better after just 3 sessions! He listens to you and immediately has a solution. The staff and patrons are all warm and friendly. If I could give more stars I would!

Experiencia positiva: Place really isn't that bad. Staff was friendly and they had a good amount of stuff. But the place is small and if a group of 5 or 6 were to come in they would take up a fraction of the whole gym. no locker rooms, two bathrooms with showers so if two people are using them then that's kinda that. But not a bad gym, they did have a weight belt and ab wheel but only one bench press rack and only one stair master machine.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member since Spring 2018 and I could not be happier. I found a gym where I am comfortable with my imperfections and not being a fitness buff. I don’t enjoy working out but I know it’s important to my health so I go. Gee, the owner and trainer, is very knowledgeable and can explain the various exercises and why I should be doing them. He is also excellent at physical therapy and fixed my out of aligned hips. Great Place!

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym I've ever been a member of! We're all a big family and it's because of Gee... the owner. He gets people to open up, joke around and feel comfortable. He's also one of the most brilliant men I've ever met! Ask him a question, then sit back and be amazed. This is the only gym I've been a member of where we will all get together at a restaurant and just hang out. So if you want a friendly atmosphere while getting in shape, Functionally Fit is the BEST place!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred for physical therapy for a frozen shoulder, probably due to a car accident last year. Even though the injury was significant and painful, Gee was able to help me regain my range of motion. He is now building my strength to be sure I can remain pain free and functioning in the future. The atmosphere is as nurturing as the therapy.

The owner is the most personable man you’ll ever meet, the equipment is clean and modern, everyone who works out there is extremely friendly, and there is complimentary water bottles. Experiencia fantástica: I would like to recommend Functionally Fit, more specifically, Gee Bowman, the physical therapist. Gee has been giving physical therapy to my daughter for over a year in our home. Gee is always professional, very knowledgeable, understanding, kind and brings humor to her when she needs it most. My daughter has made great strides under the direction of Gee. We are very fortunate to have Gee of Functionally Fit in our life.

Experiencia fantástica: I start my week with Magnolia's yoga class on Sunday mornings, Mickey's body sculpting class on Monday mornings and Debra's yoga fusion class Thursday evenings. All great classes, great instructors! Want to feel good, come on down!!

Experiencia fantástica: Since working with Gee I’ve made mote progress in 3-4 weeks than in months at other physical therapy facilities. Gee looked at me as an individual and addressed each problem area instead of the standard protocol. He is professional yet caring. He will encourage you to get the most out of your therapy. He has instilled this same attitude in his staff. The staff is constantly sanitizing. The staff and patrons are friendly and make you feel welcome. The gym has an excellent variety of equipment, free weights, isometric bands, balls, mats. etc.and water and towels. It also offers classes and 24 hour access. A wonderful fitness center.

Between the friendly, hardworking staff and surprisingly efficient utilization of the small space, I am continuously impressed by how Functionally Fit manages to put larger chain gyms to shame. I have been coming here for 2 YEARS and it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. A huge thank you to Gee Bowman for constantly encouraging and inspiring me to be my best self and crush my goals and an extra special thank you to Nicole Devos and Isabel Bermudez for their dedication to ensuring this place runs smoothly.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve worked and also been a client at this gym since August 2018. I can easily describe this gym in one word: FAMILY! I say that on a 100% genuine experience and not just simply as an employee. The clientele are like family and are always willing to help and give advice to anyone. The gym is 24 hour access (for 18 and older) and close to my home which was why I joined before becoming an employee. I’ve met some of the best people at this facility, (which this facility) has everything I need to push my body towards my goals. I will wholeheartedly tell you that G is by far one of the best in the business, unquestionably! He will always go out of his way to work with his clients and employees because he understands sympathy and empathy. He can and will help you put forth your best efforts to reach your goals. Also, this facility provides physical therapy, to help improve quality of life and not merely just pain management techniques. If you want to join a gym that’ll help you strive for your goals and treat you like a part of the family, this gym is where you NEED to be at! Lastly, I will staunchly stand by this review not as just an employee, or client, but more so as a member of this family!

I’ve worked at many gyms in my younger years and I know an exceptional gym when I see one. ***I let my membership expire when my insurance changed earlier this year but I will be purchasing a membership even though my new insurance has gyms on its plans. Clean, friendly, low key members and professional staff, equipment well maintained, and the owner G, Is incredible. Makes everyone feel welcomed. Rejoining this weekend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is not a huge gym, but the staff (Gee, especially) is fantastic. The equipment is clean and well maintained. There are always cardio machines open and as a bodybuilder: you've got *almost* everything you would want to complete your workout plan. Anyway, awesome place to call your gym and feel part of a gym family.
