Experiencia fantástica: Great non-chain, non-commercial atmosphere. I dropped in while en route to San Antonio Texas for my next duty station. Had everything I needed and more and the equipment is top of the chain. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be back to get my workouts in at this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Can a gym be anymore equipped? This place has everything you need to get JACKED and TAN! I drive 2.5 hours to train here at least 1x month. I have an 8 cylinder gas hog and its STILL worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Treasure Coast Barbell in the lead up to my first strongman show and glad I did. They have great equipment but also a great group guys and girls that are super supportive when it comes to strongman. Its a great gym for strongman training, powerlifting, bodybuilding, or whatever goals you have its a clean gym with great people what else can ask for.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym! I joined having a teeny tiny bit of lifting knowledge. I scheduled with Melissa for the small group power lifting coaching. The small group was great for me to keep the excitement of going to the gym and I was with someone of the same skill level. I always felt super comfortable and welcome in the gym. Literally all of my goals I came to Melissa with have been met and then some. Ladies, stop here. This is the gym. Dooooo iiiiiiittttt

Experiencia fantástica: Stopped in while I was home visiting for Thanksgiving. If you're a powerlifter or strongman then this place should have just about everything you need. I've yet to go to a legit powerlifting gym and with everything this gym had, I felt like a kid in a candy store. It was pretty quiet when I went in fairly early on a weekday. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited the gym on the weekend while being on the area for a Powerlifting meet. I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get in because of Covid but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the owner and said I could come in. I was surprised of how beautiful it looked inside. And how CLEAN it was. Thank you so much for the opportunity to let me lift! Loved this gym and hopefully I get to visit again.

Experiencia fantástica: This has to be one of the best gyms I've been to. It might be small but it has everything you need to get the job done. This is not a social gathering like like your big chain gyms, no groups of people taking selfies and hogging equipment. If your serious about training this gym is for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Facility was spotless and has all the equipment you need (from power lifting to even HIIT) . I was super surprised to find such a well equipped gym in that area. Owner was very quick in answering any questions. If I had to criticize anything I would just suggest purchasing some 35lb "girl bars" for oly lifting or us ladies who have smaller hands. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! I was asked to a photoshoot here for a current member. The ownership was easy to work with and let me tell yo the images came out amazing! Hopefully you go train here as well. They have everything a person needs to do heavy lifetime and core functionality! I’m so glad I got to do a photoshoot here and also will be recommending this gym to anyone in the area!

Experiencia fantástica: Most awesome gym in the area. The place has more to it than it looks from the outside and its new gear. It’s open 24 hours for members! They don’t have contracts either or deposits. Just pay monthly. Can’t beat it if you like to lift. Great community there. Not like a commercial gym at all. People are there to train.

Experiencia fantástica: This is real deal powerlifting/strength training gym. Old school, with all modern and high quality gear. It's whatever you want it to be- loud music, weights clanging and seriously hard working folks doing serious training. This is not a fitness gym, is a strength training gym. Free weights with only a few specialized machines, again, all top of the line. Owner is Al, great guy and very easy going with a lifetime of knowledge AND strength training so he is on point and passionate. I'm so glad I found this place; my whole life I wanted to train in a place like this and now I have no excuses!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is really awesome. If you are into power lifting or even just lifting. It is stocked with everything you need for weight training. If you are only looking for cardio it may not be for you, there is some cardio equipment, you can get the job done. Everyone I met here was nice and helpful. Don't hesitate to come here!! I will be back whenever I'm in the area. I had to add, great customer service after reading the review that said otherwise.
