Experiencia fantástica: Great locally owned gym. Been going to this place for years now. Offers self paced working out, several treadmill machines, weight machines and free weights. Also has instructor lead classes several days a week. Owners do offer a fitness training option if you pay for the service annually. Note that there is no children allowed and no onsite daycare for kids while you work out.

Experiencia fantástica: Corso Fitness is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been to. It’s so nice! Everything looks beautiful and new! Gym owner/trainer Melanie is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Past trainers have made me feel overwhelmed, anxious and defeated. Training with Melanie makes me feel motivated, inspired and supported. I’ve learned a lot! I really feel confident in the gym now. The group fitness classes are great! The environment is very positive. The classes are awesome for everyone. I can modify the exercises in the class to my fitness level without feeling out of place. Everybody gets an amazing workout at whatever fitness level they’re at.

Great if you're like me and have kids with crazy schedules! The owners are kind and sweet people, and they offer discounts for active duty military. Just the kid of gym that I want to see in my town!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to another gym recently and it made me realize how grateful I am to the owners of Corso Fitness. Not only is it the cleanest facility I’ve ever been to, but the last year has been extremely transformative for me in so many ways. My health and body image have improved tenfold. If it weren’t for Melanie Goodson, I don’t know where I would be today. I have lost so many inches on every part of my body. The fact that I can even look at myself in the mirror is a miracle in itself. I got to the point where I stopped smiling in pictures because I was so unhappy that I let my health and body get to where it was. I love watching all the progress... weight loss, loss in inches, toning, muscle gain, and cardiovascular training. There are a wide variety of classes offered at Corso 5 days a week (HIIT, Core, Cardio Crush, Power, and Sculpt), all of which focus in on the entire body. I have seen the way classes with the combo of personal training have truly transformed what I look like today. And I have Melanie to thank for it all. Best thing that ever came into my life. Experiencia fantástica: Neighborhood gym with intelligent selection of equipment and utilization of space. Friendly regulars that give you one less excuse not to come! I have been a member for over 3 years and regular for close to a year now ;-) The gym is rarely crowded and there's enough equipment to typically keep you busy if your chosen machine is in use.The gym is kept extremely clean and has undergone regular upgrades over the years! To top it off the pricing is hard to beat, would reccomend!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined one of the classes Corso offers and it kickstarted my entire workout routine. Thank you for the challenging Sculpt class. I was definitely sore but it was great for playing soccer.

I have been going here for 6 months and it’s been nothing but positive experiences. The classes are fun, yet very challenging. Personal training with Melanie is wonderful. She really has a passion for fitness and it shows. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, always going above and beyond for gym members. I’ve had fabulous results so far and the fact that I am still going regularly is a testament to her and this wonderful facility. Highly recommend this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I hit this gym up every day, and I love it. The floor is tidy, the equipment is kept in good condition, and anytime something breaks down, the owners have it fixed ASAP. PS, the bathrooms and changing facilities are great.

Experiencia fantástica: The owners of this gym have a true love for fitness and their clients. They make their clients a priority and do whatever they can to fit the needs of those that use the gym. When I first started working out I was very shy and avoided working out when other people were around. After switching to this gym I quickly became more comfortable in the welcoming environment that it provides. Corso Fitness has become my second home with many of the other members, and owners becoming family. If you’re looking for a friendly, judgement-free, place to workout, this is it.

Tritus (the cane corso) is an amazing mascot for the gym, and i hope he makes an appearance at the gym more frequently. The atmosphere is comfortable and feels very supportive of my continued and excelling physically health and strength.
