Experiencia positiva: Worth the price tag ! Do it ! They took away child care - huge negative for me personally- but lots of class times available. EDIT: NO longer offering child care led to a bit of an exodus- I feel like the Mom demographic in a gym Is under appreciated and I would still be a member if they could have that child care/play rooms option. So much employee turn over left a bitter taste in my mouth- some great employees came and went - and as the customer who is supposed to know and like the coaches and staff- it was off putting to meet a coach- share your health journey - and then have to do it again and again after that in order to feel like this was a partnership and not just a group fitness class. I wish the owner was a little more friendly when in office - it was obvious to customers like myself , how stressed he is about this location. I hope to see this place find it’s footing with flagstaff clientele and their own staff.

Experiencia fantástica: FIIT nation has taken my fitness journey to the next level. The coaches (Sydney, Travis and Jacob) all have amazing energy and are very motivating! The childcare is a great option as well if you have littles. You won’t be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: FIIT Nation has been a game changer! I started one year post-partum and I love it! Travis pushes me every class to be better. I am stronger and so much more confident! I love that I can trust leaving my little one in Kids Club. Allie & Jason are great with my daughter and it takes away the mom guilt of leaving her. I can’t imagine not having FIIT Nation!

Experiencia fantástica: I am obsessed with FIIT Nation! I have been a member since January 2021. The coaches are motivated and determined in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. I have also done personal training sessions with Travis off and on for the last year. Travis is well trained, knowledgeable, and experienced and takes the time to explain everything and makes sure my form is correct. FIIT Nation is worth EVERY penny!

Everyone is so kind and encouraging, the workouts are challenging but the coaches will help all fitness levels find the right modification. It is my “me” time as a busy mom. Just go, you won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had gym memberships to various gyms in Flagstaff over the last 7 years, and FIIT Nation is by far the best hands down! I love being able to go to the gym after a long day at work and not think about what exercises I'm doing. The coaches bring in lots of energy, and an hour doesn't seem that long! The unlimited pass is expensive but totally worth it. It's not Planet Fitness - - you get what you pay for! I highly recommend FIIT Nation!

Experiencia fantástica: I started about a week ago. I was super nervous about getting my moneys worth and how the environment would be. 10000% worth every penny. I always feel so welcomed, the trainers are amazing and make me feel comfortable even when I feel stupid doing something. It’s been about 4 years since I was in amazing shape and I can already see and feel results and know that this stuff really works!

Experiencia fantástica: Worth the time and money investment. My SO was a trainer for a long time, as a result I am comfortable creating my own workouts in any gym setup. I won a month in a raffle and decided to try it. I did not expect the amount of relief I felt not having to plan workouts, set up my weights / guard my machines, etc. The fact that you can just come in, be energized by your fellow members and the coaches, keep up an amazing pace, and you don't have to set up a gosh darn thing?! It is incredible. If you want to focus on your physical health, it really is worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member for nearly 2 months now, and I'm happy I signed up. The classes are good and the programming is improving, and there are people at all fitness and health levels succeeding by showing up and going through the workout of the day. The member community is also coming together, and that should tell you something about how most members feel about the culture and vibe of the gym. If you're worried about group fitness classes that are too intense (no judgement but I've been to some box gyms that push unsafe exercises and lifts for beginner/intermediate fitness goers), just know that you can adjust the exercises to match where you are, and the coaches will help you program so that you can push toward where you need to be. If you're still not sure, they'll let you come in for a free workout and you can even get a free week to try out the gym before committing.

I've lost my fitness over the past several years and it was slightly embarrassing when I had to take breaks, but the staff were caring and encouraging. This is the atmosphere that will keep me focused and committed to getting back into shape!
