He’s always upbeat without being over the top, has a great music selection and his classes are hard but not impossible to follow. He has a great personality and makes everyone feel welcome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alianah is also a great instructor. She’s super sweet but has enough spice to keep you going when you feel it’s hard to keep up. She has good pointers and I always learn something during her sessions. Great bunch!

Francesca was the instructor and she did so great leading the class!! I definitely recommend checking out cycle bar and getting a class with Francesca if possible !!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a long overdue thank you to such an incredible place! As someone who never loved cardio, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I took my first class at CycleBar. But wow I immediately fall in love with the music, instructors, and overall fun and encouraging space they hold. My busy nursing schedule made it tough to previously commit to other fitness classes, but CycleBar offers classes at the best times and has class packages that are affordable and fit perfectly in my life! I have absolutely LOVED Sarah, Megan, and Francesca’s classes.. they are wonderful instructors and I look forward to taking classes from the other instructors in the future! 10/10 recommend… the biggest treat for the mind, body, and soul. :)

It definitely was but there are options to take it down a bit but still be challenged. I was in Monika’s class. She was really nice and encouraging. I’ll definitely be back…after I recover lol

Experiencia fantástica: I came to the class wanting to work harder than my typical endurance ride. I’m not typically a fan of high intensity classes which tend to burn only carbohydrates and sugars, but today I wanted to focus on my higher heart rate zones ; mission accomplished ! New personal high for average rate for any spin class!

The instructors are equally awesome, yet have their own style and motivational strategies. The owner Sarah does so much for the community and welcomes you with a smile all the time. Best 45 minutes you can give to yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending CycleBar Flagstaff for a couple months now and am obsessed! All the staff are so welcoming, the studio is so clean, and is overall just such a great, fun environment. Although all the coaches are amazing, Megan Farkas is by far my favorite. She’ll get to know you by name and individually motivate you through the class. I’d never found a way of exercising that I actually enjoyed until I tried CycleBar and now I go multiple times a week and absolutely love it! You won’t regret utilizing your first free class to try it out!! Definitely recommend CycleBar Flag! :)

From the light snacks and refreshments to the decorations, signs and helpful instructions for some of us first timers - it was a 10/10 experience! Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: CycleBar is still awesome. One year in, and still going strong. Love the instructors, classes and my fellow enthusiasts. Super welcoming atmosphere, low pressure, tons of fun and engaging activities. I recommend to everyone I know. My faves are Sarah, Michael, and Monika! But honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the instructors. This is an outstanding way to burn 500-700 calories. CycleBar is awesome! Excellent instructors, staff, facilities and owner. I have been wanting to get back into group fitness, as things have begun opening up, and I’m so glad I went to CycleBar. They offer quality equipment and amenities. 5am workouts are something I’ve begun to look forward to. A huge feat in my book.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to cyclebar for a few months now, and it has been incredibly motivating. At the end of each class, they send your stats and you can visually see how you get stronger or have increased your stamina. Sophie and Joey are inspiring in each class and push us more than I would probably push myself. Their positive attitude always pulls me out of my head and motivates me to keep going.

Experiencia fantástica: Megan is my all-time favorite instructor. Something about her makes me want to work harder every ride! She always has a rad playlist and an amazing attitude. She is welcoming and makes a point to remember convos with everyone. The Cyclebar community is so fun and inspiring. I can't wait to be back for my next ride!

Experiencia fantástica: I only ride every once in a while but when I do, its with Megan. She keeps the class energy high but she also keeps the expectations realistic. Since I don't ride as often I am not as good at all of the different exercises that are in the class but she makes me feel like as long as I am trying, that's what matters. She gives recognition to people that she sees need the encouragement and keeps the class light and fun. If you get the chance to take a class, I highly recommend Megan for sure!!

It took me a couple trys to figure out the tension & for my body to get use to it since it's a core workout too. The theme rides are so fun & all the instructors are beyond amazing! Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Flagstaff on my vacation and decided to pop in this studio Sarah who I think was the manager was so helpful in getting me the best deal and even personally talked to me when I came in. Dylon, Megan and other girls were just so nice and helpful with my account -The staff was friendly and Professional clean and courteous they even gave out those amazing wet towels at the end of the work out which I haven’t seen in quite a while also they write your name on your locker so you don’t get confused! they really went above and beyond

If it’s important for you to workout at a place where you feel uplifted and supported, this is the place for you. The staff and cycle instructors are so personable which is one of the many reasons it’s worth coming to classes. This is a great place to make connections and break a great sweat as well!!

Spin class here is incredibly fun, exciting and welcoming. The instructors genuinely care about who they are working with and attempt to make a relationship with them! Experiencia fantástica: Sierra was the instructor who got me hooked. She’s so motivating and amazing. My regular class is 5am with Mike G and if anyone if going to make working out fun before the sun is up, it’s him. Honestly all of their instructors are wonderful. But let’s not forget Sarah. She’s so caring and helpful and makes her members feel appreciated. I’m glad I found CycleBar since moving to Flagstaff!
