Experiencia fantástica: I can't believe that I have lived here for almost 20 years and just found this gem! My kids, teenage daughter and I all love coming here! I love that I can work out and have a place to take my kids until I finish! That alone is priceless! The pools are amazing and although there's a lot of complaints about having to take a swim test and wear a swim band/necklace if you're under 12, I however think it's a great idea and in return helps the lifeguards do their best job keeping the children safe! The staff members are all absolutely amazing and friendly! I have visited other ymcas in our area and they don't even compare to Florence! This is a great place for families and we enjoy coming here immensely!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place to meet new people, improve your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Great selection of classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Well stocked equipment rooms, one for circuit training. Indoor pool is older but pretty well maintained. Friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: We have family membership. My kids love the swimming area, because it's like a mini 6 flags for them. Our oldest son enjoys the swimming classes, and my wife and I bounce from various exercise rooms to fit our workout needs for that day. The toddlers attend the care center while we workout, and although our youngest has a sassy air about her, they always manage to get her to lighten up and play with the other kids. Out oldest son's care person is usually a high school volunteer, but the guy he's had so far engages him with basketball, games of chess/ checkers/ etc, pushes him to open his mind to new challenges, and encourages him to display good sportsmanship. The Y is practically our getaway home and village!

Experiencia fantástica: The young guy was super friendly and patient and was able to help me schedule swimming lessons for me and my son.

Experiencia fantástica: The YMCA is a great place to work out, swim, relax, It has been pretty empty so far this year because of the scare factor involved in social distancing except for all the childrens activities they provide. I hope it will pick up a bit during the summer months and get back to being a great place to meet mew people and socialize again.

Experiencia fantástica: A great facility for anyone who wants to stay active. Fitness classes, water classes, work-out machines, weight machines and more. The staff works 24/7 to keep everything working and clean. The Y is the best bargain in town.

Experiencia positiva: This YMCA is great! Staff is very helpful and friendly. There are 2 rooms of exercise equipment. They have several types of equipment, weights, balls, bikes, etc.. The pool is heated; there is a steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna. For those who enjoy basketball, the court is gorgeous. The late afternoon water aerobics is very nice. Our instructor is friendly and so are the members. We are exercising having fun!

Also , it has a very nice selection of free weights , cardio machines etc., I also , like the swimming pools , basketball court and the entire floor plan! I enjoyed being at this ( Y ) And I hope to return soon .

Experiencia fantástica: The women at the front desk and her son, the lifeguard, were so nice and made me and my family feel so comfortable and welcome even though we were far away from home. I would highly recommend this YMCA.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym for our family in town. It really has it all without the high price tag or being over crowded.

Experiencia fantástica: Plenty of equipment. Locker rooms are awesome, steam room, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Lots of kid camps and afternoon programs. My kids do soccer every year and they'll do the summer program this year. I've used the kid drop off a few times and the kids love it.
