Always greets us with a smile. She’s kind and professional while grabbing our pre-workout and checking us out at the register. We’ve since then also enrolled our two kids to join us during our workouts! Thanks, Zoey!

Experiencia positiva: There is a wide array of equipment available and it is a very spacious gym. Definitely worth the money paid. However, my only complain is that there aren’t enough movable benches. There’s only two in the entire gym! I often find myself scavenging for either one of the two benches that I NEED to bench as the regular bench racks are too tall for my liking. Other than that, staff is friendly and equipment is pretty good quality.

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere, glad to have a place to workout while the Hulen location is closed. Patrons were very helpful in assisting me locate machine because this set up is a little different. Guess this will be home until our gym is reopened.

Experiencia fantástica: Decent fitness connection compared to other locations in the DFW area. The cardio area, weight lifting area, machine area, grassy area, and training area are all pretty spacious. They have a Smith machine instead of a squat rack in the women’s area, the dumbbells are capped at 30 lbs, and the straight barbells are max 70 lbs (I’ve been an 80lb on occasion but I don’t think it belongs there). There are personal mats for you if you’d like to use them. The women’s area is spacious but not as spacious and well equipped as the watagua location. I like coming here because I don’t know anyone personally. I haven’t encountered a creep yet. I feel fairly safe and like I can run through my routine unbothered.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has nearly everything you could ask for when it comes to free weights, machines, and cardio options. I started coming to this gym once all gyms reopened (all gyms closed due to COVID) because of how clean they keep this location.

Although I didn’t join today, my daughter was so impressed by an amazing kids club attendant named Jennifer Lopez after my grandson came out of their child care full of excitement and going on and on about her.

There was a girl there who took the time to explain the process, I think her name was tali. I didn’t get the membership since I wanted my husband to come in and see the facility himself. I’m definitely coming back to grab a membership here!

They were very welcoming when I was wanting to get a membership with them, they weren’t push, they didn’t try to trick me with fees. They were honest, kind and very helpful. Forest Hill is my new home gym, not going anywhere !

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent clean facility. Kids area is clean and surrounded by class making is easy to see what's going on. Women's only area. Great group classes. Zumba was great and spin class intense. It was great. Includes a basketball court and tons of equipment.
